The site was amazing and I quickly found what I was looking for and place my order. Then I received a call and the woman on the line told me the florist could not provide the exact plant I wanted for my mother-in-laws birthday. I wanted to cancel, but she suggested other options. None of the options came close to what I wanted, but she continued to insist on a purchase on a plant with cut flowers for an additional cost. I finally gave in and made the purchase. I was disappointed when I visited my mother-in-law and saw the arrangement. I will not be using this service again and I need to learn how to just say "no" and stick to my word.

I received 2 dozen of roses a day late. The roses were for a birthday gift,so when she didnt receive them I called customer service and they no idea where the the flowers were. Finally the flowers were delivered the following day,they were already bloomed. The customer service representative made promises they didnt keep and still haven't received any resolution after 2 montths. Good luck buying flowers from a third-party. Please use your area florist.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
