I needed a floral arrangement to send in sympathy for a death in our family. Lots of variety, as well as price ranges for every budget. The arrangement was delivered on time and as decscribed.
I ordered a birthday bouquet on September 16th for next day delivery. After much ado, the flowers finally arrived on September 22nd... well after my daughter's birthday.
I've lived in Victoria Australia since 2004 so this is not the first time I've sent flowers to my daughter in Salt Lake.
I KNOW there are florists who are open on Sundays, as I've used them in the past.
I also have not been charged so much for such a tiny bunch of flowers.
Will NOT use AGAIN!

Our daughter's flowers were delivered the next day, when my online order said it would be delivered on her day. I was very disappointed! The flower arrangement was beautiful and she's enjoying it, but have never experienced a late delivery.

Delivered on wrong date. Was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 28th. Flowers were for daughter's birthday. She was out of town until Sunday night the 27th. The flowers were there when she arrived. I don't know exactly when they were delivered. If you are going to charge for delivery, it should be on the correct date.

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS SITE! I ordered flowers for my wife two days before our wedding anniversary. On the day of our anniversary, I received a notice from the company they were unable to deliver that day and asking for an additional day. I was certainly unhappy but what was I going to do? So, I relented and received a promise they would be delivered the next day. By that time, I was home from my business trip. I then received another notice they were unable to deliver that day and asking for another day. I called and cancelled the order. The level of incompetence is astounding.
Lisa, that is not correct. The remote area you ordered for was only available for delivery on Saturday this past week and our representative offered to send it out then instead of a Friday with discount which you refused. A full refund was issued on August 25th, that same day. Please allow 1-4 business days for that to process.
Plant was delivered but I don't know what date. Couldn't track it. Got a thank you e-mail from the recipient a few days ago.

I was not happy with the "designer arrangement" That was sent to my daughter at her new home in Gunnison. For the price 92.00 I thought it looked skimpy and poorly done. I did not like the colors. I wanted several others arrangements featured but I was told they were not available. If so why show them? My order #******* another #*******810 I do not know how to send photos

However, we went the extra mile and sought out a local florist who was able to fulfill this order for you on short notice in a remote area. Been honestly the worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery.
From a 24 hour delay in delivery (for a Birthday surprise) to being left on a porch in extreme heat of Florida. Elderly mother tried to pick up flowers off porch with walker and almost fell. Flowers were not as pictured on website and had areas of holes of no flowers and babies breath also all roses were wilted and broken over and greenery in arrangement was turning brown from heat.
This was a week ago today and still no response from flower shop that delivered.
Was extremely taken back by the response from Just flowers representative that called evening of 8/15 telling me some flowers were fine and they could not guarantee delivery instructions. Which I had asked to be delivered to door expecting to knock and hand to elderly mother for fall risk as indicated. Representative offered me $7 for my trouble on a almost $80 purchase. Needless to say very disappointed in this experience.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
