My wife ordered flowers for my 90 year old mother for Mother's Day. Paid to have them delivered the day before (Saturday). The flowers were never delivered. Called on Mother's Day and was told they were out for delivery. They never got there. Called Monday, and was told the same thing... they were out for delivery. Again, they never arrived. Called " customer service ", and was actually argued with! I then asked for a refund, stating they couldn't deliver what I paid extra to have them do -deliver flowers the day before Mother's Day- and it was now almost 3 days later. Customer service then hung up on me! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and suggest every one else do the same. DO NOT TRUST JUSTFLOWERS.COM Does not deserve even 1 star, but couldn't submit without it.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a card. My mom is in the hospital. There are flowers in her room but no card. I don't know if they are the flowers I ordered or if the ones I ordered were actually delivered yesterday or not. Tried to get a delivery confirmation. No one will call you back, you won't get an email response, there are no live people to talk to. I have left three or four messages, email, voicemail etc. no response. Really bad customer service. And they weren't cheap either. $6 for handling, $15 for delivery on top of that. Stay away! I wanted to give zero stars but this site won't let you.

My mother was unfortunately in a hospital very unexpected in a city 3 hours away on mothers day all I wanted was for her to receive these flowers. This has yet to happen! And their customer service is nothing but automated phone services of transfers hang ups & full message boxs... needless to say I will never use this company again! It was a complete waste of $79.82... not to mention my mom's heart ache.

I ordered last minute flowers for Mother's Day, which could have been a major problem had the website not GUARANTEED that my order would be delivered! I spent almost $90 by the time it was all said and done and my mom did NOT receive her flowers! I can't get in touch with ANYONE from the company and the voicemail for 'inquiries' is FULL! Not only will I never order from them again, I will make sure to post a bad review on any website mentioning their name as well as all over Facebook and other social media websites so that people will be aware that they are being scammed. I want a FULL REFUND!
Also, does anyone find it strange that 'Daniel K' who is apparently a rep for JustFlowers doesn't have any feedback on his profile and only asks for the 7 digit numbers? He doesn't email back either! I'm guessing he is a scam as well. I wouldn't give anyone any personal information, including my order ID number without some sort of verification of who they are.

We ordered Mother's Day flowers sat morning@ 8 am their time. Was told they would be delivered that day. Dint happen talked to them late that evening was told they would defiantly be delivered Sunday. Was suppose to get a email to confirm it that that night. No email. Then Sunday no delivery we called and emailed them numerous times no response call Monday was on hold for a hour They kept offering us $5 off out next order then ask if we wanted them to hold the money for a future order. Finely got them to cancel said they would put it back on my card. They could have emailed me and told me they coulden t make the delivery and I would have gotten a real florist to do it for us. Because of them mom dint get flowers on her day. If you need flowers to be delivered do yourself a favor avoid this company and get them from a reliable company that knows what they are doing. I am writing this review on Mothers day at 10:00 pm to let consumers know they never delivered my Mothers Day Flowers to my 80 year old mother. They never planned on it. I believe they never were planning on delivering on Mothers day.
They just wanted to charge extra money for the flowers and delivery. Now they plan on delivering this flowers a day after mothers day for the same price. What a scam. I called justflowers and had the order cancelled and also filed a complaint through PayPal on them.
This florist makes you wait from mourning to 9 pm and still no delivery.
What a scam to accept so many orders for mothers day with a guarantee delivery and know youre not able to follow through on the orders. Their money hungry and they find it acceptable to send the flowers the day after mothers day for the same price.

This company has poor customer service and the satisfaction guaranteed is a joke! Ordered a flowering basket and they substituted green plants for a funeral. I complained and they offered to give me $7 off my next order. This was a $100 arrangement. Green plants is not the same as multiple blooming plants. The manager saw nothing wrong with the substitution and offered $10 back. Seriously! People take time to pick out the arrangement that they believe means the most and represents the family. I did not pick out green plants and am quite disappointed. I will never use them again. The proper thing to do would have been to refund or send the correct arrangement to the family.

Ordered a floral arrangement for a wake. Roses were wilted and brown around the edges and everything pink, pink, pink. Not what I ordered. Customer service is in another country, hard to understand and not helpful. I was embarrassed to have our name associated with those flowers. I Live in UK England I ordered flowers for my 7 year old granddaughter who lives in NJ USA plus a ballon clicked the day of her birthday, they were delivered day before with no balloon. Got no satisfaction what so ever with customer service my order stated May 1st she kept saying I asked for 30 April it clearly stated 1st May. Ordered $175 arrangement for a funeral and was called multiple times asking if they could substitute flowers and colors differing from what was ordered. I finally asked to cancel so that we could simply order from another company and was told that they would get back with me. After explaining that I was getting on a plane soon to travel to said funeral, never heard back. Still unresolved and very unhappy.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I ordered flowers for a special birthday and two days later still never arrived! It was excuse after excuse. First delivery car broke down and then second believe it or not they were to busy to deliver everything! When you call you can never speak to a supervisor no matter what time of day it is. No one on the phone has the power to do anything about an issue but they can sure take your money! Told a supervisor would call back and they never do! Sad to say, this is a very poor company to do business with! My husband tried to send flowers to me for my birthday on April 11th, 2016. He is currently overseas and this was the first time he wasn't going to be with me on my birthday in 45 years! My birthday came and went. He called to find out what had happened. Excuses were given and they would not take responsibility for poor service. He asked for a reimbursement but they refused. I am contacting our credit card company to see if they can do anything to get the payment back.

I tried to place an order via the internet, but the next day, when I got my confirmation, the address was not the one that I originally typed in the order. JustFlowers did not look at the address and verify the address in any way before processing the payment. They charged me for the act of 1. Charging my credit card and 2. Calling me to say that there was an issue with the address. They did NOT verify nor check for address accuracy at the front end before placing the order with their florist. Then, their florist, according to Justflowers - apparently did not verify and confirm the address before assembling the arrangement. I placed an order to deliver in a relatively small town and was charged over $61 to have Justflowers telephone me to say they'd like to confirm the address b/c their florist could not "locate" the address. I don't know if that meant on a GPS, paper map or on google but JustFlowers just kept blaming "our florist". No flower delivery, not even the next day nor the next. I felt like this was a scam. No refund and I wasn't provided with an address to write a complaint.

I ordered and asked them to deliver on March 17, but they never did. They kept quiet until March 25, then I called and asked them why not delivery? They said that they cannot get contacted with the recipient. If they cannot contact with the recipient, why don't they contact me? I provided both phone numbers, the recipient and mine. They still don't want to issue a refund until I ask them many times.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices.
