I ordered flowers May 26th to be delivered May 27th in time for Memorial Day. It was very important to me that these flowers arrive on time for friends who lost their son in combat. On Memorial Day I called Just Flowers and got a sorry about that but we could not deliver due to florist being closed for a long week-end. I was not born yesterday! Florist are open for holidays because of the volume of business. Every day for the next 6 days I got calls of apology, "the florist lost your order, it's on the truck to be delivered, we are sorry, we are sorry." I demanded my money back after 6 days and they said they could not do that. While I spent the afternoon on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor I called my credit card company to see what they could do. They said hang up with Just Flowers and we will take it from here. Thank God, someone can do something! The icing on the cake was another call of apology the next day saying we were not able to deliver your flowers (day 6). That's ok sweetie don't ever call me again. What a terrible company. Don't EVER use Just Flowers. They should be renamed NO Flowers ever. Donna My order number was 840-60-60 and don't tell me the number is wrong because I know better. You should get a minus 5 star rating.
I thought the arrangement would have at least one bird, it had a butterfly as I remember.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an arrangement online and upgraded to the premium arrangement since the photo of the arrangement showed my 83 yr. Old mother's favorite flower in her favorite color. What was delivered to my mother for Mothers Day was nothing close to this photo or description? In fact, not even the same colors. Upon calling Just Flowers to complain, I was told to go to the home page then click on customer service and then click on substitutions. I told them this is fraud and nowhere on the page to order this arrangement or even their home page does it even mention substitutions. Wow, they offered a $10 refund.

Where do I begin? I ordered the my fair garden basket online on Monday. The item was to be delivered by 1pm on Tuesday. This item was for my best friend who's father passed away. Tuesday came and went with no flowers.
I paid extra to have it delivered by that time. Then I got an email that it was unable to be delivered Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and I get another email that there was to be a replacement. Now it's a KALANCHOE PLANT AND BLUE AFRICAN VIOLET. That is not a valid substitute. Their policy states a replacement of equal or greater value. I called and spoke to Rege who refused to give me the name of the owner, the phone number from corporate office, the name of the florist delivering the item.
I, in good faith, placed trust and faith in their company and believe that I am receiving poor service. I am extremely upset that they would not cancel this order. It HAD NOT BEEN SENT OUT as of 1:20 today. I hope they don't use these poor judgement choices for their customers. I am supposedly guaranteed complete satisfaction, while indeed I have not been!

I have many issues with my order. First of all, I tried to place my order online but kept getting error messages. When I called to place my order there was a major language barrier. I had to spell out everything and repeat myself MULTIPLE times. I gave her my email about 5 times and she still got it wrong. The same occurred with the spelling of my mothers name. Her last name was misspelled. The card also did not have proper sentence structure or punctuation.
I called back after not getting a confirmation email and got that corrected. The order was to be delivered on Mother's day and it came the day after. It said on the website that it was supposed to come with an apology if not delivered on the day indicated and it did not. On top of that I carefully selected a order without lilies or carnations and it came with both. My mother is extremely allergic to them. Her flowers were a lot smaller than pictured. The description said it was supposed to have roses and daisies. It and ONE rose! I'm not happy at all. In fact I'm embarrassed.

As my mother is very important to me, I'm very ashamed at what was delivered.

This company will promise you whatever you want, such as a specific delivery date, but not deliver. They ASSURED me of a delivery the day before Mother's Day. (I specifically asked a customer service representative because my mother was being hospitalized the day after Mother's Day for a few days.) I was told it would not be a problem for delivery the day before Mother's Day. However, FOUR days later I'm still getting emails that "delivery of my order has been delayed and will be rescheduled on the next available day." FOUR days after the guaranteed delivery date., and I still don't know a rescheduled date! Needless to say, I cancelled this order and will NEVER use them again. Don't waste your time, money, or energy with this company. They do NOT deliver!

I understand that Mother's Day is the busiest weekend of the year for delivering flowers, however Just Flowers.com is a joke of a service and has horrible customer service. To make a long story short, my Mom's flowers were not delivered on Friday at her work as they came after hours. I reached out with several messages to change the address to go to her house but no response from them. My credit card was charged immediately and ultimately had to go through billing to talk to someone. The flowers were not delivered until the Tuesday after Mother's day and still have not received any call back or confirmation from customer service. To try and make things right, they offered a $5 discount... Horrible experience and a joke of a service. Deal with the local florist direct as they are amazing. Avoid Just Flowers.com at all costs as it will only cause you head aches...

Ordered Flowers for Mothers day. It's Tuesday and they still aren't there. Thank god my bank is working with me which is more than what the Customer Service did. They refused to refund my money, asked me to reorder and were completely aloof to the fact that it was mothers day. As if flowers a week later have the same value. Either way, they are no longer my problem. I do hope they learn from this, but judging by the reviews it's highly unlikely.

My dad ordered flowers for his mom on Tuesday may 3rd. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday may 7th (paid extra for sat delivery), it is now Tuesday may 10th and they have still not been delivered. We have called customer service multiple times since Sunday may 8th and had to leave a message with our number but still have not been contacted. We have also received no email updates since the order confirmation on Tuesday may 3rd. 5/10/16 4:40p- I responded to JustFlowers nearly 6 hours ago with the correct order number, and I have yet to get a response. This is even more frustrating because they responded within 20 minutes of me posting the review to let me know the order number was incorrect, and yet now that they have the order number they haven't responded in 6 hours!

I have ordered flowers from other online floral websites and never had an issue until I went onto just flowers. Mothers Day was coming close and I decided I wanted to send Mom flowers because I couldn't make the trip to see her on Mothers Day. Just flowers assured Mothers Day delivery so I went with them. Mothers Day came and went and no flowers. Two days later still nothing. I emailed and left messages for just flowers with no call back or email response. I finally called and waited on hold for 22 minutes. I got a gentleman who was very hard to understand. He said we can send them on next available day. I said no Mothers Day was 3 days ago I want a refund. He said best he could do was a $5 credit. I insisted on my $80 refund. He put me on hold for a good 10 minutes came back and said fine we will issue refund within 10 business days. No apology, no explanation nothing. People need to complain to the Better Business Bureau and put Just Flowers out of business. SCAM

I have sent three emails and left one voicemail. No response. Flowers were two days late and worth about half of what I paid for them. They looked nothing like what I ordered. "Sunshine Spendor" appeared to be full of bright oranges, yellows, and pinks. I received a bouquet consisting of mostly purple gerber daisies and carnations for $106. Embarrassing. Do not be fooled into ordering flowers from this scam company. If you have a problem with your order no one will speak to you and they send undervalued orders to local florists without enough money to fill the order. What seems like a good bargain for flowers winds up being a waste of your money. Go to a reputable local florist from the town you are delivering to.
