I sure wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Zero stars is too many for this company! Not only did she not get her flowers on her birthday but then 4 days later when assured the flowers would be delivered that day they still didn't get them there. After the 3rd phone call she finally got some flowers. Nothing like what I had originally ordered. I sent a letter complaining about my experience. Customer service is non-existent for this company! I receive a phone call from a lady that had every excuse in the book and really didn't listen or care. She just blabbed on and on about why they can't deliver on time or send what you ordered. Then she offered to make a phone call to my daughter and let her know what I originally wanted to send. What a joke! And a rip off!

I purchased flowers and paid for express delivery. As of this moment and four days later, no flowers have been delivered. I have had an email from just flowers telling me my partner was deceased, though It was her mother who had died. There have been phone calls and emails from me Australia. I got woken from my bed at the extremely early hours this morning to be told by someone they would be delivering to the funeral home. The flowers were for my partner. I had said I had requested a refund days ago. No on listened then and they still are not listening. My partner will be on a plane back to Australia later today and HER flowers will be sent to a funeral home because they just refuse to refund my money. What did I get for my $114 dollars? Not a cracker... But thanks just flowers for the b. S and for the high blood pressure.

I ORDERED AN AZALEA PLANT FOR MY NIECE'S FUNERAL (VERY IMPORTANT) I ORDERED THE PREMIUM LEVEL FOR $84.00. THE PLANT WAS SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE THEY SHOWED AT THE CHEAPEST LEVEL OF $64.00 AND IT CAME IN A PLASTIC BUCKET LIKE YOU WOULD ORDER POTATO SALAD IN. CALLED THEM AND ALL THEY SAID. WE'RE SORRY, BUT PLANT MAY VARY... THEN WHY DO THEY OFFER THREE LEVELS WHEN THEY CAN'T PROMISE THE LEVEL YOU PAID FOR. EASY RIP OFF... PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Flowers Not Delivered - I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of a friend's aunt to be delivered on Memorial Day prior to her viewing. Justflowers.com claims their florist delivered but the family found no evidence of the arrangement. Just flowers refuses to issue a refund. I've spoken with them several times, they've spoken to my friend who personally carried and catalogues flowers received. Apparently, our word is not good enough. They refuse to issue a refund (other than a $15 credit on a future order)... as if I would ever request anything from them again. Beware!

Was not delivered on time. Ordered a week in advance and showed up a day late. I ordered a week in advance so this would not happen. It was time sensitive and Just FLowers failed.

This particular order was just fine and simply beautiful but I have problems with another order on Friday before Mother's Day that was not delivered.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
