Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, Sunday delivery, and they still have not arrived by Tuesday. I have been getting emails and texts everyday telling me that they will be delivered tomorrow, and then the next day, get a message saying the same thing - tomorrow. I have emailed and called customer service multiple times for the last three days and it is not possible to reach them. Money down the drain and sad that my mom didn't get her flowers.
Could not give a 'zero', so settled for 1 star. JF offered a $10 to accommodate the inconvenience we went through. The arrangement received for my uncle's funeral is NOTHING like the online picture. We also paid for the premium option too. What an insult to our intelligence!
It stood out alright! As the smallest bouquet and not as the advertised picture and certainly, not a "Heavenly Elegance Standing Spray - see actual pics". "Embarrassment" was an understatement. Oh and the Banner, we paid an extra $10 for it... no words...

Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper. When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable.

I ordered an arrangement for my husband's Grandmothers passing. Coming from out of state I did not know of local florists so I trusted this company to deliver. 30 minutes before expected delivery I received an email stating that they were not going to make the expected delivery time. After speaking with customer service and being on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager, I was told they never found a local florist to make the arrangement. I could have a $50 credit and delivery on Monday to the family's home. I don't understand why you would wait 30 minutes prior to delivery to let a customer know their order would not be fulfilled. The absolute worst service especially considering the circumstances. I should not have to deal with that situation. My focus should be on providing comfort to my husband and his family during this time. I suggest you do not ever trust this company. I will tell the world how disappointed I am and to never use this company!

After promising a GUARANTEED delivery date, the flowers were then delivered 2 days after said day. Once the flowers were delivered, they did not resemble the bouquet I ordered at ALL. I have attached a photo below. They apologized and offered me $10 back. $10 for a bouquet that I paid $55 for, and really looks like it cost about $15. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement at this point. I will never use them again, and I don't recommend anyone else using them either.

I was really impressed seeing how we haven't used this company before. We were trying to find a local florist in the area without knowing the area and they did not dissappoint!
Flowers finally arrived two day late and not even close to what I ordered. Luckily, the state I live in has stringent laws against bait and switch schemes such as this - I will pursue this. I paid almost $200 for something nowhere close to what I ordered. I even chose the premium upgrade where they promise "We'll add lots more!". What a joke! What I received is something I could have purchased at a grocery store for 30 bucks. Actually, the grocery store would have included the greenery and not just wilted flowers in a cheap vase.
The card did not have a florist name on the front or back which tells me that an actual florist did not put this thing together. My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Sunday. No delivery only a text saying they would be here Tuesday still no flowers. She tried calling and emailing and I tried calling but no answer. Of course they took her money and now won't respond. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Flowers for my sister's funeral never arrived. Ordered on Friday for delivery Monday evening. Started to receive messages before the scheduled delivery time saying the flowers would be late. Received messages during the funeral wanting an alternative delivery address, after the funeral. They still wanted to deliver after the funeral. What does flowers after the event mean? How sad not to have flowers for your own sister's funeral. They did refund my money, after a few phone calls.

I ordered a bouquet for a memorial which showed approx 24 flowers but what was delivered was a vase with 6 flowers. I contacted the company and was told they advertise that flowers may be substituted. This was quite a substitution! After I disputed the charge they offered to give me $10.00 off! They are selling you an $80.00 bouquet and delivering a "substitution" worth a whole lot less! Never again!
The cost of the arrangement I ordered was $39.99, it looked nothing like the picture. Then over $40 in delivery and handling fees. All together over $82 for a tiny arrangement in a ugly vase, which was not was pictured. I contacted the company and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I was only asking for a refund of the second $13 they came back and tagged on after the order had been completed. Very unhappy customer. Please never get caught in this mistake

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
Stay away from this company. False advertising, poor customer service and the arrangement received is nothing like what displayed on the website. They promised Mother's Day delivery which never happened. The arrangement was embarrassing, especially for the price. Ordered premium upgraded flowers 2 days before Mother's Day-flowers never delivered - kept getting generic emails saying unable to deliver - 3 days later still getting same email. Several calls made and could never get a human-only another generic message to leave my name/number/order# - still no calls returned to me. Finally emailed them to refund my money - took them 4 days go give refund!

This company is infamous for taking your money and completely failing to deliver on the day in question. Mother's Day, Valentines Day—they take your money and then late in the day send you a text that your flowers will not be delivered in time but will instead be delivered days afterward. And their customer service is nonexistent—it's impossible to cancel your order so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. My husband sent me some flowers from "JustFlowers" after I received a much deserved promotion at work. I knew they were coming, because the stupid company called me and asked where my office was located. 3 hours later they showed up. I had looked at our joint bank account earlier, and saw that he spent $46, so I'm thinking, "Okay, this should be a decent bouquet of flowers... NOT! It was about 4-5 very small carnations, and some tiger lily's, a twig of greenery & a pink bow! SERIOUSLY? He could've gotten a better arrangement at 7-Eleven, for $5! I'm calling the company to complain about it, but probably won't get anywhere with that! It's Mother's Day... what's left of it. I should have read the reviews before ever ordering from this website. I pre-ordered 3... YES 3 arrangements from them for Mother's Day... each going to a woman who definitely needed the comforting as my dad passed away recently and I wanted to cheer them up. NON OF THEM ARRIVED. No explanation, nothing. All I can do is leave an email because none of the customers services numbers are answering and after waiting 10 mins, a recording will come on and hang you up. I am beyond sad right now... not to mention I had talked to these women gearing them up for a surprise at their door. I hope they end up getting something tomorrow, if not... I am going to throw a major fit. I don't really have the money to be buying flowers, let alone ones that never arrive! I'm angry about this.
