Ordered flowers four days before Mothers Day. Order was "Guaranteed" for Saturday delivery. They never arrived. Txt assured me they would arrive Sunday. Failed again. Unprofessional. The guarantee failures breeds distrust.
Looking for a birthday gift for my husband, after scrolling through 100+ arrangements I selected the one I wanted. Placed the order in Australia for delivery in TX United States, everything was going fine. Order arrived on time, no complaints. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, aesthetically a big fail.
I contacted customer support. While they were responsive they explained that the monetary value and colour of the flowers was equivalent. Ultimately they only offered to provide a small discount when I used their service again. Not happy, I would never have selected this.

I ordered flowers from Just Flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday to be delivered ON her birthday. I ordered a week in advance. They were NOT delivered on the day I specified so I called and they said they were delivered but then after I called the next day, still no flowers, they said they would call the local florist to see what happened. FINALLY 3 days later, after I asked for a refund, they delivered the flowers. Horrible service and customer service.

Ordered Flowers for Valentines Day and they never delivered. Even wrote down school to get them early. They specifically advertised delivery on that day but that was a lie. Worst of all getting customer support is nearly impossible. Do not use this site.

Terrible company. Did not have flowers for my first 3 choices, over charged by 30 dollars, and refused to refund. Also delivered a total of five flowers for an $80 bouquet. Blamed the local florist. I called 14 times over 5 days before I reached anyone. Never again.

Flowers due for a funeral never made it. Amazingly, they wanted to deliver them the next day, maybe before the church service and bill me. The manager was worse than the "customer service" reps. I would black list this site.
They called me requesting $15 and tried to charge my card for another $15 for their mistake! Ordered sympathy flowers & may not even get delivered today! Completely ridiculous! Do not waste your time with this so called "flower company"! Plus hidden fees at checkout!
I was promised delivery of am $89.00 arrangement of flowers 4 days in a row. Customer service number i called and no one would come to the line, called about 20 times if not more. Finally this afternoon i was able to get through to be told that it was going to be delivered tomorrow. That make is 5 days the "moment" passed. Yet they were very good at billing me. When i tried to cancel my order i was placed on hold for 43 minutes. NEVER AGAIN bad experience don; t fall for it,, use your local flower shops for delivery..

You will see many negative reviews on the internet all with the same issue. They take your money, don't deliver the flowers and then disappear. I spent $115 on a flower delivery last week. They weren't delivered and I didn't receive any information about the delay. I cancelled the order on their site days later, and still haven't heard back or received a refund. I've called, left messages... they have done this to hundred of people and have had to disable Facebook comments. Scammers. At this point they should be issuing refunds rapidly and sending out automated messages to affected customers- but this is clearly intentional and they are a fraudulent, unethical business operating online.

Like many other reviewers here; I bought flowers for wife to be delivered on Valentines Day. The flowers were never delivered, and $120 was charged to my account. After 4 days of phones calls, emails, and filing a PayPal claim, Just Flowers finally called me. But guess what, they still refuse to give me a refund...
Oh, and if you do happen to get through to an actual employee, then good luck trying to understand what they are saying, because they barely speak English.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service. I ordered Mothers Day flowers and never got them delivered -- its been 5 days no response or update from Customer Service. They are horrible -- 1 star on BBB. Trust me when I say, send your money elsewhere.

The flowers look very nice. My only concern was that they were delivered very late in the day, which happened to be her Birthday. And she just turned 81.
I also ordered flowers for Mother's Day, I paid over $100 for them to be delivered on time. They were not delivered until two or three days later and then substituted with a smaller arrangement of much lesser value than the one advertised. Their customer service has only replied that they have for fulfilled the order in their policy allows them to make such substitutions. I suggest you stay clear of this business.

"Guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day - obviously didn't get delivered, not even the day after - "call center is too busy" to enquire about delivery status per phone but their online tracking system requires you to agree to schedule a new delivery date. After multiple dead ends I finally got through to their customer service at 3 a.m. in the night (perks of being in Europe) and they confirmed that they haven't heard back from the shop they delegated it to. Nonetheless it's apparently too late to cancel the order and "the best they can do" is a 10 dollar refund (order was $ 111.15). We will see about that

This company has poor customer service and the satisfaction guaranteed is a joke! Ordered a flowering basket and they substituted green plants for a funeral. I complained and they offered to give me $7 off my next order. This was a $100 arrangement. Green plants is not the same as multiple blooming plants. The manager saw nothing wrong with the substitution and offered $10 back. Seriously! People take time to pick out the arrangement that they believe means the most and represents the family. I did not pick out green plants and am quite disappointed. I will never use them again. The proper thing to do would have been to refund or send the correct arrangement to the family.

Worst experience ever. Flowers were never delivered. Took 7 days & lots about f conversation & emails to finally get my refund. At one point, someone even asked if I would authorize charges for an upgrade & delivery for a different time. Seriously? You already failed. Why would I give you more money?

I ordered from just flowers for Mothers day and paid to have the biggest arrangement of the cotton candy flowers. I requested them to be delivered on Saturday to avoid the big Mothers day issue. The flowers came in Sunday afternoon and was NOTHING like what I ordered. Wait it gets better, both Sunday and Monday they don't answer the phone so I sent an email within 24 hours (Monday) they respond back 7 days later then when I respond within 24 hours they said "You took more than 7 days to respond". What happened to the email I sent within the first 24 hours that said the wrong flowers were delivered? All they do now is keep repeating, "it has been more than 7 days..." Does the picture on the left look like a $90.47 order or anything like what I requested. I ordered something cheery, they sent doom and gloom!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
