Unsafe

I placed a order on the website provided by the company. Which was supposed to be for a Mothers Day gift. The company's website took my personal information, the receiver personal info, as well as my credit card info. & informed me my order was complete. I did not receive a conformation email or anything else. Nor was what i purchased delivered. So all the information that was given on my end, with me is left in the dark. And, being able to speak with someone about this problem is impossible.

Bought flowers on 5/8/20 to be delivered the next day but never arrived, now 3 days later still no flowers not able to get a hold of anyone this is bogus. BEWARE. I don't even know if I can cancel, but will try.

I dont know how these people can have any positive reviews they. After dealing with them for a week. They were the worst in getting my order processed and then cancelled because there was not an associate florist in the are. Rude and incompetent people. When i called they were still having problems from valentines day so WOW that was 3 months ago. # worst floral experience ever.

The Mother's Day gift I ordered for my Mom was never delivered. I later received an email stating that it would not be delivered on time, although the website confirmed that it would. However, the email didn't arrive until they received my payment. I tried several times, selecting different options to get through by phone and nothing but automation. It is now Tuesday, and still no delivery. At this point I'd want a refund, but that's not one of the automated options. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I've never used JustFlowers before, and I will never use them again.

This site is a joke. We specifically ordered from this site because it offered Sunday delivery and then we get some bogus email saying that it was delayed and would be delivered on the next available delivery date. What kind of joke is that? When you have to put a banner on your site directing people with questions about your mother's day order, you know things didn't go well. We paid for Sunday delivery and nothing has arrived. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never ever ordered flowers and had them delivered late with an apology. If you can't handle the orders, don't offer. All you have done is disappointed people. We need this resolved better than a stupid apology or a 10$ credit. I'm not going to be ordering every again from this site.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, received a confirmation number
(*******) and no flowers. And apparently no one works there except for the person taking your money because it's been impossible to reach anyone there. And I've tried, on numerous occasions, numerous options with nothing to show for it but eternal hold. This cannot be legal. If you can't fulfill an order then don't accept our money. This is ridiculous and I will never, ever order from this company again. For some reason, I was under the impression that Just Flowers was a big and reputable company, I stand corrected and irritated... and about $70 poorer.

Should have read the reviews first I would never have used them if I did. Ordered some flowers for my Aunts birthday in a beautiful teacup with a lovely little quote on it that I thought would make her smile.The arrangement she received were flowers in a plain white mug that I could have picked up at the dollar store. Would love to be able to show you the difference.
Spoke to Customer Service then a manager called Jill. I was told they contacted the local florist who said that it was a sub, it was a disgrace I was so upset. Please do not use this service, I know my family friends and myself will never use Justflowers again.

Ordered 80 dollar flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday morning, said same day delivery. Did not get it Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or now Wednesday. Didn't receive any confirmation number for two days. When I finally did on Monday, they said they would deliver it the following day. They did that twice. Until today we received a cancellation of the flowers altogether from them. Completely ruined mother's day for my mother. Now I have to find something else to give her almost a week after our initial order. So disappointed in this service. Do NOT give them your money. If they can't handle flower delivery services for a big holiday like Mothers Day, they do not deserve your service any other time.

Horrible

My husband ordered flowers for Mothers Day and they were never delivered. About 9:30 that night he was sent and email saying they would be delivered later next week! Absolutely the worst! Don't order from them.

No Delivery

I ordered flowers for 2 people on Friday before Mother's day, one of those people are my mother. Nothing was delivered to neither, no email or any kind of notification letting me know they cant deliver. I have tried calling cant get through, I tried going online to inquire about order nothing. I want a total refund. I am notifying the BBB and attorney general office

Mother's Day Flop

My sisters and I order my mother flowers for Mother's Day. My mother never received them. We have called and emailed the company but no response. It was bad enough we were unable to be with her because of quarantine but even worse to think her kids forgot about her. She cried and it hurt us to the core. The customer service is not there. We spent $100 no flowers, no response from company, no refund

I ordered flowers for my 89 yr old Mother in law for Mother's Day that were suppose to be delivered on Saturday. It is the Tuesday after Mother's day, still no flowers and unable to contact Just Flowers. Cannot get anyone on the phone, I have been trying since Sunday. Was convinced it was a scam website so I contacted my bank to report. Got an apology text form "someone" but no credit. Save your money and a headache, do not order from this company.

Flowers?

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Money immediately taken out of my account. Mother's Day was on Sunday, now it's Wednesday and I have yet another email saying my flowers would be delivered tomorrow.

I do not think there is anyone at customer service. I have called many times and noticed the same pattern: greeting, choose your option, Nora Jones song, ringing, lady saying they are on another call and offering options, then hang up. The same length of time every time; I have timed this while waiting numerous times. No one is going to answer.

Very disappointed. Mother's Day is over and I can't reach anyone at Just Flowers. My mom kept expecting her flowers and saw numerous delivery trucks pass by her independent living apartments, but no flowers came for her.:(

I've noticed the same auto-generated response on this site from Just Flowers saying "We want to help... order no... etc." I wonder if they will respond to me this way since I can't get through over the phone.

After being two days late on deliver I requested a full refund and was declined. The flowers were delivered 5 days late. Now I'm stuck in their mailing list which I have opted out of ten times with no success and I get emails almost everyday.

Waste of money

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, that were guaranteed for delivery that day, but then they got delayed for whatever reason. It's now been 8 days and they still haven't gotten to their destination. Customer service has been zero help, and unwilling to reimburse me for my, now pointless, purchase. Honestly I can't wait for this whole experience to be over so I never have to deal with them again. I'm pretty sure that as a flower delivery company you're main job is to deliver flowers on time. So not worth it, and I will be telling everyone I know exactly that.

Please do not order from this company if u care at all about the person u are trying to send flowers to! They will NEVER receive them & u will still be charged! What a disaster. As with any floral arrangement... time is of the essence & when the day of delivery came & went (& no flowers arrived) I was furious! Got the run around & had to call my credit card company to cancel payment because JustFlowers refused to issue my refund! Two weeks has passed & these idiots are STILL calling me saying they are trying to locate my flowers? Really? Like wth?

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I placed 2 orders that cost over $200. They were supposed to be delivered 4/8/21 as I wanted them delivered before Mother's Day. They were not delivered and for 4 days I have received text messages and emails stating they would be delivered the next day, without an explanation as to why they are not being delivered. I've called and left multiple messages to return my call but never receive a call. I've tried calling to speak with someone but I just get sent to an automated message saying someone will get back with me. We are now well past Mother's day. This is completely unacceptable! I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in all of my life!

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for a friend on Saturday evening. I received an email yesterday (the day of delivery) at 3:15 pm stating "we are truly sorry your Mothers Day order was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day with a note of apology." Received the very same email today. I tried calling for 2 straight hours today, only to be put on hold then being forwarded to a generic message telling me to leave a message. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Totally a rip off, I just want to be refunded at this point but NO ONE can seem to get a hold of a real person (only vague emails and phone messages). I'm really wondering if this company actually exists!

I'm livid.

I ordered for my sister's first Mother's Day and scheduled delivery for Sunday. I received a text on Saturday alerting me to a late delivery, but still Sunday. But no flowers arrived Sunday... and I didn't receive any further updates (text or email). By Monday afternoon (now very late) I still had no updates and my brother-in-law confirmed no flowers have arrived. So... using JustFlowers.com outdated website, I checked my order status.

Anticipated delivery is now TUESDAY... three full days after the original delivery date and far too late for Mother's Day. I'm so upset. Will never use this service again and wanted to share my experience as a warning. Though I've tried calling multiple times, I've not yet connected with a live person. Ridiculous. What terrible service...

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Ordered flowers that were never sent. We called several times and the only excuse we would get is "we are sorry but we are waiting on the florist to call us back". I contacted every florist within a 30 mile radius and none of them had our name or address in their system. Total lie by the company. They said they cannot refund our money until they hear from the florist. They also told us that someone tried to deliver the flowers but the cameras outside my house never showed anyone coming to bring flowers. Total LIE! Stay away, its a scam!
