I ordered Heathers for my mother for Mother's Day. I did that because my name is Heather and I wanted my mother to have flowers named after her daughter. I even paid for the the premium upgrade to have a little extra in there.
She did not receive Heather's she got Pink hydrangeas.
I should have been informed that she wasn't going to get what I ordered.
At 1:45 pm today I called Just Flowers for a delivery by 6:00pm. They say we can do that! I chose a $49.99 plant and after 35minutes on the phone they charged my card $83.61. I call them back at 2:50 very upset about the over charge. They gave me a $20.00 credit. Then at 4:30pm they called saying the plant could not be delivered today and if I wanted it delivered tomorrow it would be an additional $50.00! So a $49.99 delivery actually costs $133.61! Horrible!

I ordered on Friday 5/10 2024 an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, 5/11/2024 for Mothers Day on Sunday. It had not been delivered by Saturday afternoon. I sent them an email asking them what was going on. Just flowers sent an update back with an apology stating that the order would not be there Saturday but would be rescheduled for the next day Sunday 5/12/2024. Sent an email back that said that would be okay. 4pm Sunday came and still no delivery. I left a phone message, and sent an email telling them to cancel the order since the day was almost over and already 1.5 days late, and that I also wanted a full refund. It is now Monday evening with no reply's to my emails nor was there any any phone calls from them.
Long story shortened. No delivery and money so far was not returned.

I placed an order, but even though I placed it earlier in the day and they said it would be same day delivery, it wasn't delivered until the next day. They also didn't update the information saying when it would be delivered, I had to call and figure that out. Once it was delivered the next day it was a gorgeous arrangement though.
For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day.
I ordered flower online for a funeral
I ordered flower online for a funeral. I then called to make sure it would be delivered on time I spoke with a representative and they verified it would be at the funeral at the correct time. Then called me the day of the funeral and told me they couldn't deliver it. I will never order anything from just flowers again! Terrible experience.
Jessica, there is only one florist in that remote part of Louisiana and they have been unresponsive. We offered to send the arrangement out to a family member instead which you agreed to but then changed your mind. Your order has since been cancelled.
I ordered roses for my husbands for funeral and the flowers arrived after the funeral service and I had ordered them to be delivered the day before the funeral since the funeral was at 10am. The funeral home told me to do this since they have refrigerators at their facility. The bouquet was also the wrong kind of flowers that I ordered. Horrible service!

I ordered a birthday bouquet on September 16th for next day delivery. After much ado, the flowers finally arrived on September 22nd... well after my daughter's birthday.
I've lived in Victoria Australia since 2004 so this is not the first time I've sent flowers to my daughter in Salt Lake.
I KNOW there are florists who are open on Sundays, as I've used them in the past.
I also have not been charged so much for such a tiny bunch of flowers.

I had the worst experience with this company. They are a scam!
I placed 4 orders (my mom, sister, sister-in-law and best friend) for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, none of which was delivered. I spent over $500 with my order. I have emailed and called dozens of times and no answer or reply.
I am so sad by this, and angry!
There is not a live person when u call, you go in circles until the call automatically ends.

I read a lot of bad things about Just Flowers when I ordered. It made me reluctant to go with them, but they were the only company in Austin that could deliver same day, and that was important to me.
The flowers arrived in less than 2 hours, and the quality was great.
I think the biggest issue people have is with their local affiliates in a specific area. This seems like a problem with every online florist. They don't typically deliver or procure the flowers themselves, they simply pass the order along to the local florist. If you get a good one, you're in luck. If you get a bad one, well you'll probably leave a bad review. I guess I got lucky, but as far as my experience with the ordering process and customer service team goes, I'm super happy.
They took my order early morning around 8 am on valentines. On the confirmation emailed they didn't show nothing when its gonna be delivered or anything. So i tried to call them around 3 because my wife's office closes at 5. Nobody responded and around 4, they texted me that they can't deliver the flowers today and will have to do it tomorrow.

I called the customer service number numerous times and got no answer only automated answering machine. Delivered on wrong date. Was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 28th. Flowers were for daughter's birthday. She was out of town until Sunday night the 27th. The flowers were there when she arrived. I don't know exactly when they were delivered. If you are going to charge for delivery, it should be on the correct date.

I placed my order on Sunday 24th September, for delivery on 25th. However the flowers did not arrive until 27th, In the mean time I received at least 10 emails, 5 texts, 3 voicemails and several phone calls, letting me know that you could not fulfil my order with the exact flowers. Despite me agreeing to each email that I would be happy with similar flowers, I received an endless stream of communication.
The first time I had used Just Flowers I had no problem at all. So this order was very stressful.

Two days ago (September 15,2021), I ordered an arrangement online at 2 pm from JustFlowers.com, and I used a Mastercard, since the order page said they preferred MC. My intended recipient never received the arrangement that had been promised "same day." I gave special instructions along with the phone number of the recipient. My credit card history verifies the debit from this order. I called Customer Service to no avail, and even called to place an order just to talk with a human being. If this business corrects this problem, I am happy to write a corrective review. The order page even asked if I wanted them to contact me upon delivery, to which I responded affirmatively. When I hit send, there was no confirmation receipt, yet my charge card was debited by this company.
