My wife shop was closing at 2pm I ask the arrangement to be delivered by 1pm paid for an extra charge for express delivery she left was not there by 2:30 pm i guess the construction company that started the demolition after they closed got the order. Called customer service would not refund the order wanted to credit my account $4.99 on a $90 order confirmation #*******, beware this is a scam and will not work with you plus they continue to hang up on me when i ask for the manager! DO NOT USE!
First, the delivered flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. I have purchased a lot of flowers in my lifetime but these flowers did not meet my expectations for the amount paid. I was expecting the fullness that was in the picture but only got half. This was my first time using this service and I was not satisfied.

Hi, I ordered extra large pink roses for my mother in California on Mother's Day. Unfortunately many of the flowers had brown edges around the petals. When I pay around USD 200.00 for 24 flowers, I expect the flowers to be fresh. This definitely was not the case. When I e-mailed the company with my complaint, they didn't bother to respond. I even attached a few pictures of the flowers. It was a waste of my money and extremely disappointing. My mother is 87 years old. The flowers reminded her of her own death instead of reminding her of life.

Just Flowers promised next day delivery and 4 days latter they had not arrived. I trued to cancel the order and get my money back and after numerous failed attempts to talk to a human I was told it was too late to get a refund. NEVER AGONE!

I didn't see the flowers myself but My Aunt received them in her Rehabilitation Hospital. She snd her daughter gave them rave reviews. The first supposed "best florist in Radford" refused to deliver them to her address. Thanks so much!

My Valentine's Day order of a Stargazer Lily-based bouquet was delivered on time a day early with all the substitutes exactly like I asked for. The flowers were left on our mudroom porch because I was off running errands. Well done!
The e-mail response from your customer service is a blatant lie. There WERE NO FLOWERS ON THE CEMENT FLOOR of any kind delivered at 8:11 pm. You also responded to the credit company " that goods describe and receive in good condition ". Please provide the name and company contact information of the delivery driver who claim to be your witness under oath in small claims court.

You can see the flash has gone off to illuminate the arrangement but the area is darker as you move away. The top of the picture from the drivers phone shows the time and date stamp 14 de febrero 20:11 (language choice of driver's phone is Spanish) which is 8:11 pm on February 14th Valentine's Day. The wood planking and white ceramic planter at the top of the photo matches the customer's picture of their front porch. We have advised the customer of this but he stated when they checked their door after 8:11 pm on 2/14 there was no arrangement but they discovered it when they went to leave their home the next morning. The time stamp from the drivers phone supports delivery on the 14th and we do not know how the phone data could be altered or why the customer looked out and did not see the arrangement.
A good experience, however, they failed to notify me that the flowers had been delivered.
Don't waste your money with this company. I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day, but the flowers weren't delivered until 2 days after. The customer service is terrible. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could.
Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
Our order was supposed to arrive the Saturday before Mother's Day. On Mothers day I called to complain that my mother had not received her arrangement, They quickly got an arrangement out to her but it was half the size of the arrangement that I ordered. I will not be using them again.

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS SITE! I ordered flowers for my wife two days before our wedding anniversary. On the day of our anniversary, I received a notice from the company they were unable to deliver that day and asking for an additional day. I was certainly unhappy but what was I going to do? So, I relented and received a promise they would be delivered the next day. By that time, I was home from my business trip. I then received another notice they were unable to deliver that day and asking for another day. I called and cancelled the order. The level of incompetence is astounding.

The remote area you ordered for was only available for delivery on Saturday this past week and our representative offered to send it out then instead of a Friday with discount which you refused. A full refund was issued on August 25th, that same day. Please allow 1-4 business days for that to process.
I ordered Heathers for my mother for Mother's Day. I did that because my name is Heather and I wanted my mother to have flowers named after her daughter. I even paid for the the premium upgrade to have a little extra in there.
She did not receive Heather's she got Pink hydrangeas.

At 1:45 pm today I called Just Flowers for a delivery by 6:00pm. They say we can do that! I chose a $49.99 plant and after 35minutes on the phone they charged my card $83.61. I call them back at 2:50 very upset about the over charge. They gave me a $20.00 credit. Then at 4:30pm they called saying the plant could not be delivered today and if I wanted it delivered tomorrow it would be an additional $50.00! So a $49.99 delivery actually costs $133.61! Horrible!

I ordered on Friday 5/10 2024 an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, 5/11/2024 for Mothers Day on Sunday. It had not been delivered by Saturday afternoon. I sent them an email asking them what was going on. Just flowers sent an update back with an apology stating that the order would not be there Saturday but would be rescheduled for the next day Sunday 5/12/2024. Sent an email back that said that would be okay. 4pm Sunday came and still no delivery. I left a phone message, and sent an email telling them to cancel the order since the day was almost over and already 1.5 days late, and that I also wanted a full refund. It is now Monday evening with no reply's to my emails nor was there any any phone calls from them.
Long story shortened. No delivery and money so far was not returned.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
