Despite ordering flowers for Mom almost a month before Mother's Day, it never happened. They were to be delivered the Friday before, but I received an email that day (while on vacation) telling me they were "…not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding." Saturday, the same email. I'm thinking, "Great. Mom will get them on Mother's Day." Nope. Sunday, same email. Monday, same email. I finally was able to call them to see if they had any intention of actually delivering the flowers. Nope. Their phone Rep said they had canceled my order. Never got THAT email. Horrible system, no customer service.
The order was to arrive Sunday, Mother's Day. At 1st we were told it would be delivered on Sunday but it was delivered on Monday. The arrangement was very nice. My mother sent a photo of it to us. The added cut flowers to the plants was smaller than the order photo online. But it looked nice & she liked it.
We were very glad that you took our order so late before Mother's Day instead of telling us "no can do!"

I ordered a premium flower arrangement that should have been delivered on February 14th. My order was never delivered on the date requested. I have attempted to contact the seller and they told me that my local florist could not deliver the arrangement. After contacting the company multiple times they keep telling me they can't cancel unless they speak with the florist first which is not professional at all. By all means stay away and do not order from here.

I was not happy with the "designer arrangement" That was sent to my daughter at her new home in Gunnison. For the price 92.00 I thought it looked skimpy and poorly done. I did not like the colors. I wanted several others arrangements featured but I was told they were not available. If so why show them? My order #******* another #*******810 I do not know how to send photos

However, we went the extra mile and sought out a local florist who was able to fulfill this order for you on short notice in a remote area. I was not familiar with this website but decided to give them a chance. The person I sent them to said they were fresh and beautiful. However, they were originally delivered to the wrong address, I checked my receipt and I had given the right address so somewhere in between things got screwed up. My friend did manage to track them down but I won't give a high rating for that reason.

My dear Aunt lost her partner of 52 years and I sent her flowers to make her feel that she us loved and remembered. These flowers were the perfect remedy as she loved them and enjoyed them all week. Thank you for letting me know that you delivered the flowers via text. It was very important.
Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and actually received flowers at a decent time, Problem was they were not my flowers. The arrangement contained a large card with someone else's name and address but not a phone number. Tried to contact JustFlowers via phone, e-mail and text but they were too busy to answer any of them. Later that night a man showed up on my door step with my wife's flowers. I thought it was the delivery person making things right but it was a man that had received my flowers and unbelievably I had received his flowers. We exchanged and I thanked him. Called JustFlowers a week later and they are sorry! Good bye JustFlowers, took my money for the last time.

Absolutely worst service. I've made an order with this company specifically because they committed to deliver flowers on the requested day. This was confirmed by their confirmation email, which also explicitly states that deliveries will be made on weekends. My delivery was not made. All day I waited for confirmation of the reliever, and late in the evening, I received a notification that the delivery will not be made. I did manage to speak to the customer service, who clearly needs education on the company's terms and conditions. Not only my order was not fulfilled, the company did not refund me in full, and I spend over $62 on the call. DO NOT buy anything from this company, unless you really want to be ripped off.

After I ordered the flowers for a family funeral- and got on the plane to travel to the service, I started getting calls telling me I owed more money than the ad had indicated! A death in the family is a very stressful situation - ordering flowers should not be. I will not order from JustFlowers again.

Ordered, and paid extra for expedited service, yes, it was last minute for Mother's Day, however, if the order couldn't be fulfilled, they should have denied the order. I received 2 emails saying the order was delayed but promising it would deliver the next day, finally called and they said it didn't ship yet. I was able to contact a local florist and get my mother a bouquet on Monday.

Terrible service, paid extra to deliver flowers the next day, it has been 7 days and there is a new excuse why the flowers were not delivered. Asked for a full refund and to cancel but they do not want to refund the amount paid, never use this service, save your money and use a local shop or another service.
Delivery attempt was made at 2:00 pm. No response at the door so order was brought back to the shop. Due to the heat, we do not leave certain items outside. Can go out for redelivery tomorrow.
I ordered over a $220 funeral spray that was SUPPOSED to be delivered YESTERDAY, Friday May 17,2024! So please tell me why the day of the Funeral am I just now getting a call that my order couldn't be fulfilled?! Ordered on 5/13 with a delivery date of 5/14 for Mother's Day. Received notification on Sunday night/the evening of May 14th that you were unable to deliver on time/that day due to high volume. I was very disappointed but understood as it was Mothers Day. However, the flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and they were not fresh as they appeared to have been prepared several days earlier- if you were unable to deliver the flowers when they were fresh, I would have expected you would remake the arrangement once they appeared wilted, dry, definitely past their prime. The flowers were not only late, the arrangement was embarrassing - a poor reflection on me and on your business. You should only accept as many delivery orders as you are able to realistically complete/fulfill in the agreed upon time.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered 2/14/2024 but were not. The flowers were delivered 2/15/2024 and did not look fresh as if they were in a delivery vehicle for at least a day. Very unusual as I have always had great success with you all. I have sent an email to customer service and waiting a reply.

Horrible! I will NEVER use your service again. One order came 2 days late and the other I cancelled when it hadn't arrived by 2 days after Mother's Day. Both were ordered 2 days prior to the holiday and were guaranteed that they would be delivered on time.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
