The order was placed on Thursday 12-28 as a birthday gift to family member in Jacksonville, AL. The order could not be filled or delivered until Tuesday 1-2-24.
I was notified by phone and email about the problems that occurred which is good. Thank you. However, this was stressful because I had doubts that this delivery could be made and if I would lose out on my money. Next year I will be sending a gift through the mail.

Been honestly the worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery.
From a 24 hour delay in delivery (for a Birthday surprise) to being left on a porch in extreme heat of Florida. Elderly mother tried to pick up flowers off porch with walker and almost fell. Flowers were not as pictured on website and had areas of holes of no flowers and babies breath also all roses were wilted and broken over and greenery in arrangement was turning brown from heat.
This was a week ago today and still no response from flower shop that delivered.
Was extremely taken back by the response from Just flowers representative that called evening of 8/15 telling me some flowers were fine and they could not guarantee delivery instructions. Which I had asked to be delivered to door expecting to knock and hand to elderly mother for fall risk as indicated. Representative offered me $7 for my trouble on a almost $80 purchase. Needless to say very disappointed in this experience.

I placed an order Friday - was advised it would be delivered that day - it is now Monday - still nothing. Spoke to 2 different people on 2 different days. Keep receiving emails daily "truly sorry... will be delivered on the next day". I've tried texting to the "faster service" number - no response. I've emailed - no response. Just left yet another phone message. This is ridiculous - all I want is for the flowers to be delivered to my best friend at the hotel (who is an Alberta wildfire evacuee) - all I wanted to do is make her day a little brighter. HELP!

Spent $77 for an arrangement. I picked a specific arrangement because it had butterflies attached to the basket. A family member had just got a new job and this member loves butterflies so I thought the arrangement was perfect with the butterflies as a congrats gift. I had even put in the notes... please don't forget to attach the butterflies. If this company is not going to provide what you paid for then I will not do business with them again.

Ordered online for a same day delivery (well before their cut off time). Kept getting Delayed Delivery emails. Called the 800 number after the second delay email. They promised it would be delivered the next day, instead I received another delay email. I called again, they promised for sure delivery was going to be that same day. She did receive them that day. (5 days after the order date) The flowers and arrangement were pretty, but here's my problem...I had them sent for a particular reason and timing, spending over $70. I will not use them again.
Joanna, we are extremely sorry for the delay. Two of those days which were delayed were Saturday and Sunday when none of the local shops were open for delivery.
This past Mothers Day I placed 4 orders with Just flowers. One order was delivered on time, one was never delivered and 2 were delivered three days late. The only communication I received was a text saying my order could not be delivered ( no reason) and would be delivered on the next available day which ended up being 3 days late. King after the holiday. If they can't guarantee the delivery then don't.accept the order or the money. This is unacceptable. Don't use this service unless you are flexible about the time of delivery. They are also very hard to get in touch with. When I finally did speak to a person, she tried to give me a discount on a next order and when I said no thank you she did not want to document my complaint and hung up on me.

We were a bit concerned about ordering flowers for Sicily from Canada through a company in California!, but it worked out perfectly! She received the bouquet around 6pm local time and the arrangement exceeded our expectations! The florist embellished the order such that it was far more beautiful than the picture of the ones we selected! We received a photo and voice message from Italy of our loved one with the arrangement and were blown away! - So was she!- Thank you so much!
If I could give below a 1 star rating I would due to the customer service. Sent flowers to mother in law. Only 2 of 12 were alive on day 2! They refused assistance because 90 year old woman didn't have a cellphone to take a photo of flowers. I was so embarrassed!
DeAnn, without being able to see the arrangement, we can only presume that indoor heating played a role in the alleged wilting of the flowers since it was 22 degrees on the night of delivery. Nevertheless, our agent did in fact work with you on this and issued you a partial refund for the inconvenience.
Order was a day late delivering. They did call me and tell me at the end of the day, they they didn't get them there. So I missed my best friends birthday.

I googled the phone number and it appeared to be a scammer so I didn't call back. My flowers were delivered fine. I always have a good experience with JustFlowers. Thank you!
I placed order on Saturday and received text messages that delivery would be the next day six times. On my third phone call follow up was told the order was never sent. This is on a Friday! I am very disappointed. The customer service representatives were hard to understand and provided no real help just sorry. Sorry is what I am for using Just Flowers.

I ordered flowers for my daughter on Valentine's Day morning. They stated it would be delivered by 9 pm that night. This is the day after Valentine's Day and she still has not received her flowers. I have called several times, can never speak to someone. I have sent an inquiry, twice! I have sent an email with no response. They were quick to take my money. My order number was *******. It was a My Love for You bouquet that was not delivered. I just want to speak to a person!

I have no idea what time my order was delivered,because no one rang the doorbell or knocked on my door. The bouquet is skimpy, not worth $89.99 + taxes and delivery. The bare vase with flowers wasn't in any protection, and sitting in the bright sun. Don't waste your money.

I am only honing this a 1 star because zero star is not an option. Wife just received her Mother's Day gift of 20 tulips and a custom picture frame. The tulips were rotten. Looked like rotten asparagus. The custom vase with the picture was just water proof paper. They ran out of ink because the picture is faded and some of the words are only partially printed. I was offered a 25% refund. Mother's Day is like their Christmas season and this was the best they could do. After I told them I just want to cancel everything I was then told they could give a 50% store credit instead. Argued some more to just cancel the order. Was put on hold and finally told they would cancel it.
"Guaranteed by Mother's Day". Ordered on Friday. Received a text for delivery on Saturday. Received a text saying "sorry, delivery will be Sunday", OK. Received a text saying Monday, then Tuesday. Never received - cancelled order. Interesting that when you follow up on an order, they "experience high call volume", but when you select to order, they pick up right away. They did refund, however I ended up sending nothing on Mother's Day. My advice: call a local florist.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
