Thank you so much for delivering my flowers. My friend received them. It was a bit of a mixup on her end. She wasn't home and the delivery service left a note for her to follow-up. Could that same communication be delivered to me next time because I didn't get a delivery confirmation and was wondering what happened? Only after I put in an inquiry did the flower company ping the delivery service and the delivery service got in contact with the recipient and then the flowers were delivered. It all worked out in the end, though. Thank you for the beautiful display!
Ordering was fairly easy but expensive "handling" and "shipping" of $23. Selected the "Cotton Candy" arrangement for a birthday gift--as pictured (no additional flowers added in for additional cost). Vase of flowers was delivered 5 days later as requested, but picture sent to me by the recipient showed that the arrangement looked almost nothing like the one I selected just for her. Very disappointed for the price of the flowers and the handling and shipping. Will not order from just flowers.com again.

I like the flower arrangements and have always been happy with the service. This time I ordered to BC and I couldn't place the order as the system didn't accept the postal code. Very frustrated. This postal code is in Canada post. I hope this can be fixed. I will order again from you.

I am very disappointed I trusted your company to send my Thanksgiving wishes to my family.
I believed my order would arrive instead I called to confirm and was told that no flowers were delivered and my wishes had not been sent. I felt foolish and did not expect such failure on your part and system of ordering. I am still waiting to hear back from your staff. I would like a full refund to my charged card asap or I will be calling my credit card for stop payment. This was unacceptable and I will not order from you again.

They were out of the original flowers and called and substituted with a similar flower.
They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I'd delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $ on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day, they were meant to be delivered the DAY BEFORE mother's day. Got an email that they were too busy and they'd be delivered on mother's day. Not an issue. Got another email Sunday evening that they would be delivered on Monday instead. On Monday evening, i got an email stating that they would be delivered on Tuesday...maybe. At that point i started calling and emailing. Never got a reply or call back. Couldn't speak to a person for the life of me. On Thursday morning, I got on their website and checked my order status, it said my order was cancelled and they would issue a refund within 1-4 days. All of this with ZERO communication on their part. Would NEVER recommend.

Selected "premium - a feminine touch" and a little disappointed with the delivered result. Arrangement was beautiful but closer to the "standard" selection photo. I expected more flowers. Hand written note was nice.

My wife is helping her mother recuperate from a fall. I wanted to send flowers and a teddy bear for Valentine's Day. I ordered 1 day prior to Valentine's Day with "guaranteed delivery" on Valentine's Day but the flowers and teddy bear were never delivered. I called customer service and was not allowed to cancel my order. Instead they said they'd deliver within 2 days. How would you feel if your flowers arrived two days late?

Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.
Ordered Valentine flowers to be delivered on 2/14/24--then late in the 2/14 afternoon received notice the delivery would not happen as promised. No time to regroup and get something else in line and had to wait until the next day for delivery. NOT GOOD!
The $10 refund was worthless! Like we need to do something so lets do a small amount so that we can say we tried. Not acceptable and will not use your services again--I know this will not have any impact upon Just Flowers--but like your $10 refund--it makes me feel better!

Not much to say. Ordering was easy! Flowers were a gift. The recipient said the flowers are beautiful!
While other florist services could not provide service in a short notification time frame, Just Flowers came through with a timely delivery of a beautiful fresh bouquet exactly like the photo on their web site. And since the bouquet was supposed to also have a small Teddy Bear with it, a separate driver brought the Teddy Bear to our home later that evening. My fiance was delighted
Easy to order the flowers were good quality. The only issue I have is it looks nothing like the item that I ordered. All the flowers were bunched in a group of the same color not like in the picture where they were spaced out also not even the correct flowers that were in the picture I understand it sometimes flowers have to be substituted, but I thought that it just wasn't what I ordered Even though the flowers were fresh.

I received an email telling me they would not be able to deliver on Valentine's. The flowers were for my daughter so it was not a major disappointment (she got them the next day and they were beautiful), but imagine if they had they been for a wife/husband, boyfriend/girlfriend... Janis, we are glad to hear that the flowers were pretty but we didn't receive your order until 9:37 AM CST on Valentine's Day when all of the local shops were already booked up for the holiday. Flower delivery is generally available seven days a week depending on the delivery area and product.
The order was placed on Thursday 12-28 as a birthday gift to family member in Jacksonville, AL. The order could not be filled or delivered until Tuesday 1-2-24.
I was notified by phone and email about the problems that occurred which is good. Thank you. However, this was stressful because I had doubts that this delivery could be made and if I would lose out on my money. Next year I will be sending a gift through the mail.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
