Ordered on the 23rd last month and now the 13th. Is my package coming? Can't track just says it left Korea. Keep getting these review emails on something I still haven't received. Not impressed at all.

I order 2 pair of boots/slippers. When my package arrived one of the slippers was broke. I had to sew the strap back into place. Not made from good materials.

As always Just Fab is so quick with shipping which is amazing, however the comfort of the shoes vary. I received a suede mule flat that's generally comfortable maybe not all day though. The other pair is a platform double strap sandal which is on the first time I wore them they cut the top of my foot within 20 minutes of wear. But I'm still breaking them in. Overall, I love Just Fab and their variety of styles!
Everything wonderful I will order again.

I love how the tennis shoes are sporty and dressy same time.
Which means I can where with jeans or slacks.
I bought 2 dresses that were on a 2 for 1 credit deal. The dresses definitely look nice. But one of them is slightly see through, even though I love the color and the fabric. It's still not hot enough to wear them but but I'm wondering if I'll need to wear something underneath to hide my underwear.
Other than that, experience was quite pleasant
I got my first pair for $10. I was little skeptical about this website, but I got the shoes in 3-4 days and I was literally surprised at the quality of the shoes. So, I bought a lightweight tactical boots and I am using it for work. It's great for the feet, doesn't cause any pain at all. I am glad that I found this store.

Bought this for a little girl who was enamored with a little square, light blue purse that my 25 yr old granddaughter carries. This closely resembled it and seemed perfect for a pre-teen girl.

I ordered an item that, when delivered, met my expectations. The delivery was timely. When I decided to cancel my subscription, they accommodated my request while making several reasonable offers to retain me as a subscriber. I cancelled my subscription because I didn't expect to make a sufficient number of purchases to make either the monthly fee or the actions to "delay" the fee worth it to me.
Great price, even better promotion, and finally, fantastic return/replace policy. I needed smaller-size shoes, and all I had to do was take the boxed shoes to UPS and drop them off—no packaging was needed. I received a replacement even before they received the product return.
Ordered my 4 boys some new shoes, 7, 5, 4, and almost 2. I haven't received my 4 year old shoes yet, but I got the other 3 pairs only two days after ordering & the quality of the shoes have me shook. The VIP thing helps single moms with hella kids find affordable shoes that will actually last on kids' busy feet & are stylish & very cute too! I ordered several pairs of shoes for a family member. I just guessed on what I thought they would like. 2 pair was kept and 2 pair sent back. Just fan helped me with the return process and with my membership. Very helpful customer service and very nice.
The shoes are so comfortable and durable. I will definitely be getting them in other colors. Only problem is they don't have much arch support. But with an insert they are great.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
