I ordered a pair of shoes 2 years ago from just fab and was completely unaware i was signing up to a vip membership, it was only until last month one of their emails finally came up in my main inbox saying i have £35 spend. Decided to look into it turns out i've paid around £800, so i decided to ring up in hopes for a refund and what was my response. " i can give you your credit back for the past two months" so not even a refund i have to spend it on their website! I explained what had happened and how much money i had paid but still was only offered the credit. I emailed the next day and i still have not heard anything back! To say I'm annoyed is an understatement, it's a scam - don't ever buy from there!
Hard to get a hold of CS. Tell you they resolved it but they don't. Apparently I have store credit but there's NO actual way for me to use it. I've been given a gift card code from CS and it wasn't valid. Just a mess.

You buy one pair of shoes and you're roped into a sneaky monthly recurring charge. That's probably how they make money, is knowing people won't realize this. Wouldn't even give me the full refund when I called to cancel. The shoe styles aren't even worth the trouble, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I want told that my order was on hold because of covi 19. And they were going to charge my credit card again. Just shame. If something happen I expect the company will informed the customers the policy why they are not getting there purchase on time. And they will be charge

As a broke 19 year old girl, this site really screwed me over! I had purchased a pair of sandals NOT KNOWING that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.99. You guys are very sneaky. Would not recommend buying their products to anyone. And when I tried to cancel my monthly subscription on the phone with a person that works there, he was no help at all. Very disappointed overall.

This company has been debiting my bank account since Nov 2019 for $39.95
I called them today to asked them to reverse these charges and they declined.
I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade
Commission. You can't get away robbing people. Horrible way to do business.

I ordered items from justfab on 5/12. They show items as shipped but when contacting FedEx, items have not arrived at fedex for shipping. Did an online chat with "customer service and the agent keeps sending the same answer to me! I trust FedEx in this regard as I have ordered other items from other stored on the same day and the are being delivered or have been delivered! They are using the pandemic as an out for horrible service and substandard assistance! I find this disgusting and dishonest!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
