Still waiting for the rest of my order, it's now a month. This is just ridiculous
I ordered my shoes January 20,2021. At first my my delivery said it was on its way. Then my date went away and it said "update not available". Then I received a notice on February 4,2021 saying my shoes were "in transit". Here it is February 23 and still no shoes. My tracking has not updated since February 4. It has been a month and still... NO SHOES. I'm very disappointed. Just fab will take your money and won't send the order.

They sent my package too and old address but insisted I must have received it, had to call their delivery company and customer service 4 times before I was finally given STORE CREDIT only for a mistake on their part! So not become a member! Company is shady and gives horrible service!

I was a longtime customer, and they lost me. I think i had been signed up for the last 6 or 7 years? Anyways, after years of giving them a chance i just decided it was time. Their shoes are cute, but VERY uncomfortable, and CHEAP. I would never pay full price for these shoes which is why i thought ok, but for 40 bucks it's fine. Whenever there was a shipping problem which happened several times over the years, you have to call customer service which SUCKS. This last one was my last straw. They sent me the wrong pairs of shoes (completely wrong like someone else's order) They wanted me to call back in 3 days because they believed my shoes were still on their way. I SAID NO-you guys sent me the wrong shoes, my package is here, my emails and account says delivered, he's like just call back in 3 days if they don't show up. ARE YOU STUPID? The package is here, they are not the right shoes. Then they wanted me to drop off at USPS-sorry this is not my problem and I have a baby and do not leave the house, you can send someone here to pick up. Oh we don't have that option, well then i'm sorry, i'm not going to go out of my way to get something back to you that was your mistake. Then they wanted me to call USPS to see if they would come and pick it back up. NO AGAIN- i'm not figuring out your problem, if you want these shoes YOU need to call the carrier to come pick them up. I ALREADY HAVE TO CALL YOU-which is the last thing i want to deal with. I said i just wanted a full refund. They wouldn't give me a refund without me sending the shoes back. Then i said fine, just send me my shoes. Oh sorry one is out of stock now. UGH. Just send me the other one and i will just consider this a LOSS and a WASTE of an hour of my time.
JUST DON'T SIGN UP. Do yourself a favor and invest in QUALITY shoes that will last. You can double the price on shoes and they will last you several years. JUSTFAB is garbage, and their shoes last one season, and almost all of mine i have had to throw out because they just fall apart after one season of use. It's sad how wasteful it is when you think about how many shoes they are making for them just to fall apart.

First time shopping here and had the worst experience ever. I went back and forth with different agents on a daily basis to get a refund on two items that I shipped out right away. I heard different stories from different agents and never got what I wanted. Took about a month to get a refund that wasn't even complete because I was being charged taxes and shipping when I don't even have any of the items.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM. I get charged $40 a month after I ordered a pair of shoes from here. I have now called customer service 3 times to cancel my account and still got charged another $40 after this... The website lies to you DO NOT put your email address in to create a log in because it doesn't say your gonna be charged a ridiculous $40 a month. As a teen I am beyond pissed as to the fact that this company has stolen $120 from me and I can't afford to loose that. Customer service was horrible and not much help..

They put me into the VIP programme without giving me a clear notice! This is absolutely unacceptable, the monthly subscription fee is high and they won't give me a refund! £35 for a month is outrageous! I don't remember to consent to any direct debit!

I like JustFab and I do buy stuff every month. BUT I am frustrated at the fact that every month I struggle to find items. I might have to cancel my subscription. It is frustrating that every time I find an item I like they are ALWAYS sold out in my size. I end up spedning hours on the site and having to settle. 2-3 months back I bought a jumpsuit I will never wear but I had to buy something for the month. For 40$ a month I expect them to have a ton more options and enough items to keep up with their demand. Lastly, a lot of their boots don't have the wide calf option! This drives me insane as a 4'9 chunky woman.

I ordered shoes and a coat on Jan. 21st and I paid for express shipping! It is now Feb 13th still no package. This is absolutely ridiculous! They changed the shipping process since I last ordered from them and it takes about a month or so to get your items. Winter will be over in Ga in a few weeks so I highly doubt if I get any wear out of the shoes or coat! Oh well, I guess there's always next winter! SMDH, Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous!

I felt courteous enough to give JustFab at least 2 stars, because I had ordered boots that were super nice quality. However, this is besides the point. I had just woke up to a portion of my paycheck missing from my account. JustFab had nonchalantly snuck $40 of my cash, straight from my pocket without any notice. I was confused and frantic at the thought that someone might've stole my bank information, so I immediately contacted their customer service. To my surprise, this seemed pretty normal, because after I made a billing inquiry the voice on the other end (automated, mind you) asked me if it was in regards to a "39.95 charge". I was informed later that I won't see this money/refund until a week later (because I totally didn't need it now as a broke 19 year old with an appartment and bills to pay)! Anyhow, this company is super sly, and I definitely will not be shopping with them again, despite how nice their products are.

I wish I could give this company zero stars I've just been on hold on the phone to them for over an hour trying to cancel my account as I didn't realise that when I went through as a VIP member that they charge you £35 to your account every month. They do not tell you this when you are signing up you only realise it when you look into your bank and see that they have taken your money and when you phone them they do everything in their power to make sure that you do not cancel your membership and you do not get a refund. I was told by my advisor the refunds weren't possible as it had already been converted into credit for my Account and when I asked multiple times for a refund I was refused and said that it was not possible. It was only when I asked to speak to someone higher and request a refund that I was told that a refund was possible. They will do everything they can to make sure you don't cancel your account and that you don't get a refund do not except this keep going until you get your refund. I could understand if the company had said during checkout as a VIP member that you would be charged £35 each month however when you check out to shop they do not tell you this they do not tell you that you'll be charged at £35 each month and don't tell you that you've signed up for this it's only when you find out a month later check your bank statements and realise £35 has gone missing that you have to look it up on their website and realise that you've been scammed.
Definitely do not purchase from here and if you do make sure that you check out as a guest and pay full price rather than the VIP membership price as this will stop you from getting this £35 charge to your card each month. I understand that on the phone these people are told to do whatever they can to keep you as a member and they are only doing their job however when I was refused a refund for times that was not just doing their job, that was unnecessary. I can see why people would automatically think that you can't get a refund please do not be swayed by this and asked to speak to someone higher than them to get a refund and then they will automatically give up and tell you that a refund is possible.

They trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal on their shoes and a month later, u get a bill charged to your credit card for £35. And even worse you try calling customer service and you're told u have to try to cancel the subscription yourself by skipping a month... but that is only temporary or they give u a number to call and you're placed on hold for over two hours and no help... They have also refused to refund the £35 and telling you to use store credits from your £35 that you would like back in your bank account. It's like once u buy anything from their online store they trick you and steal £35 from your card every month. Stay clear of this website... You would be billed unknowingly every month! Customer service was not able to help me I've sent emails and I'm still not able to get a refund or cancel my subscription

I ordered a pair of flats snd a pair of rain boots. They were very heavy. The person who mailed them put them into a (one) bag. By time the reached me, they fell out of the bag. The bag was torn all over. The mail women handed them to me, I didn't notice them at first. When I set the mail down to open the bag, the boots fell right out of the bag. The items should have been double bagged or out in a box.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
