After I was ALLOWED to order everything went smoothly, recieved package, box had been opened and my name wasn't on senders label, shoes and boots were beautiful and of great quality, Haven't bought one thing I didn't love and fit perfectly! Didn't appreciate that after trying to place order with new card and husbands first name, was denied ordering and put on restriction for a week, unfortunately I think I will cancel my subscription with them because of being treated like a lying child! I understand that because I had a bad experience doesn't mean that they don't work great for other people. That being said, take this review with a grain of salt. I ordered from them and the package was supposed to arrive about a week later. It never did but I knew it might have been because of the pandemic. I was very patient and waited longer before attempting to get in contact with them. I contacted them a few times before asking about a reshipment. I had difficulty trying to get a reshipment and they were not very flexible. The package finally arrived and then the shoes did not fit. I know that that is not their fault, they just weren't true to size. I love the earrings I ordered from them, though.

My daughter ordered shoes for her prom which may or may not happen this year thanks to Covid. We soon find out she's being charged a $39.99 monthly fee and cannot contact customer support to cancel a membership she didn't agree to. Very disheartening.

The only reason I didn't feel I could give 5 stars was that after I put something in my cart and clicked on continue shopping, I wasn't taken back to where I had just been before in the big list of available shoe options. I had to start at the beginning of the list of available shoes, enter my criteria/filters, and then go to the last shoe I looked at (the one I put in my cart).

I personally had a great experience w them. I love the boots I got for $10 during my trial month and that was my 1st purchase. My daughter in law is who talked me into trying them. She also loves her boots. But she canceled after the trial. I have used their spend or skip option and instead of canceling or being charged monthly I've skipped the month between the 1st and 5th of every month without any problems. I plan on buying again, I just haven't had the money to spend. They made that be okay. Def reco

I gave a three star only because I had a great experience with the overall boots. From anything else wasnt a great quality in shoes including heels and booties they are way to big in the ankle and it's not worth returning them because they charge you and you will receive a credit which you can't purchased another pair. So in the end you losing money if trying to return. Not interested anymore

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
