I have never NOT had an issue when placing an order. The website shows sales then doesn't reflect when checking out. They said they would not honour the website pricing as the promo was over... THEN TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE! Spent 45 minutes on chat with no resolve. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

You guys didn't help me AT ALL when my shoes were "delivered" and I couldn't find them anywhere. I even had called the company that sends out the shoes and they sucked too. You both suck. Cute shoes on website but sh*tty service. Too bad i don't know how cute the shoes really are since they never came even though the tracking said it did.

Don't get me wrong they are cute shoes but one pair i got for the color and then it was not what I expected, still like them though. Another pair made me bleed from rubbing and so i can only wear them with tall sock which is not always cute and other pair which just not what I actually wanted. Other then that they seem like good shoes.

Sizes WAYYYY OFF!
This is the WORST thing I ever got tricked into doing! I have all these stupid monthly fees/'credits' that I hate to lose, but what good do they do if the shoes aren't even sized right?!?! The shoes ordered looked good on the site, however when I purchased them, I didn't really like the way it fitted me. The materials the shoes are made are durable and of good quality. Nonetheless, I still like the shoes.

Every shoe that I've ordered has been either too big, too tight or hurts the ball of my foot due to lack of shoe cushioning. I'm going to cancel my subscription because the quality of the shoes is poor. Don't get me wrong the shoes are cute but sizes and fit are inconsistent.

I bought 3 booties this order which they all have no cushion for the foot and there's a lot of glue marks on some of the boots. The sandals broke the first two hours of wearing them.

I bought an article from Just fab for only 13.95€. I was shocked when JustFab decided to deduct from my account 39.95€. For two months and upto today nobody in this company has cared to refund my money back. I tried to call but I only got a rude person on the phone. Please keep away from this company. They will only make you sad and disappointed. Just fab should stop luring people into their fake VIP scheme. Other online shops are thriving without such deceptive schemes. What is the use of collecting money from customers through fraudulent schemes and then killing your reputation.

If i could rate this web sight negative starts I would. Anyway I'm a broke college student and just fab came up as an advertisement and that if you sign up for a membership you get your first pair of shoes for 10$ so, that sounds like a good deal right? NO wrong because then your automatically paying 39.99 a MONTH if you don't make a purchase with them or hit the skip button EVERY MONTH. It does not clearly state this anywhere, so they are basically stealing money from all of there costumers. So in my opinion this web sight is a POS. -1/10 recommend <3

I've been with JustFab for years… just placed a fairly large order due to an awesome sale they were having and today I was informed that the order was cancelled because they need to verify everything in my account and the order to avoid fraud… Fine. You'd think after that my order would be reprocessed and shipped once everything clears, right? Nope… they will be sending me an email informing me they cancelled and then I will be refunded… that's it. They literally cancelled my order because it was too big & expect me to repurchase everything now that the sale is over and everything is full price… these people are disgusting and I'm done.

I made an account with just fab not knowing I was getting a membership. I am a stay at home mom with no job and they charged my account $40 completely ripping me off. They took $40 of the remaining $60 i had in my bank account so thanks just fab. Now i have no money for necessities. Not only did they rip me off but you're also not able to just cancel your membership through the app or website. You have to call them personally just to receive $hitty customer services and no help at all. Absolutely awful and do not recommend buying anything from this site.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
