When i was young, i was a bodybuilder. As part of my exercise, i used to jog in high heels. (great legs) im 70 now and due to spine problems, cant walk... but im in pt, and learning how again. As part of my new exercise, i bought the sweetest pair of boots from you. I love them! So far i can only stand in them, but ill get there. The boots have inspired me to press on. I love your styles, someday, maybe ill have lots of shoes, like i used to!

I signed up as a VIP member and my first pair of shoes were only $10! And I got a discount on my second pair. I checked out and only paid $33 for two pairs of boots! Unheard of! And the selection of shoes/boots is amazing. Definitely recommend.

The shoes were great just too big, I tried to initiate a return and the website kept giving me error messages. I waited a week and tried again, same thing. I'm not past the 30 day return period and now I'm stuck with shoes that are way to big on me

I never signed up for their program and I've never been on their site. I noticed a monthly fee of $39.95 for the last 10 months. I called the phone number listed on my statement and they hung up on me when I asked what the charges were for. I immediately closed my credit card for fraud. They say they can't find me in their system so they can't refund me. I did a dispute through my bank, the dispute was denied because the bank said they provided a contract agreement. How in heck can they provide my bank with a contract when they can't find me in their system. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER AND FRAUD! I will go back to my bank and ask for a copy of the contract they received. Hopefully my bank will see that these charges are fraudulent and charge them back.

I have been with just fab for a while. I have ordered plenty of shoes from here and put a little money to this company. I recently ordered a pair of boots size 81/2. This was during summer. It is now boot season and I decided to wear these boots, the boots in the box were size 10! So I called customer service spoke to an agent as well as a floor Manger who told me we are sorry but you'll have to wait for us to send you a return label print it out take them to the post office and once we recieve our order back will send you yours. Mind you they did not have the size I needed and offered no compensation for their mistake. Take your busy else where if you want good customer service I'll be closes my account as soon as I send the shoes back.
