There was no communication from the justfab for the longest time to as to where is my parcel. The shoes I ordered were nice, but isn't durable. It is uncomfortable & not very high quality

Quick and easy to. Purchae items. Great customer service and the packaging was really classy. One of the boots I ordered did not fit at first. So I had to really stretch it for this to fit.

I bought three pairs of boots they look beautiful but the heels were too high for me it is really uncomfortable to walk with them. I wish the website had other options because a lot of boots are really high as the one's I bought. Now I don't know what to do because I like them but I probably won't wear them.

Bought my first pair of boots at $10, came out to less than $17, had my boots in less than a week, and they were exactly what I wanted. The shoes are fine. The website is terrible. You can't reset your password or put your account on hold without calling and talking to someone. It's more of a hassle than what it's worth.

I love these boots so much that I ordered them & they didn't look like the heels were that high? I used to wear heels that high when I was younger. I can't wear them high anymore, so I had to send them back!
Very upset, I didnt place any order on the 12th of this month. If I did place any orders it definitely wouldn't be a size 10 flamingo shoe. Please advise.

There's never good styles in wide width. When it's time to skip you forget and their taking from your account. Next your looking at your account and your balance is low, they shouldn't do that if your not ready to purchase you shouldn't have to.

Order on a Friday and almost 4 weeks with no update about order I decided to call customer service and was told my order was sent back to the factory. But i was still, in fact charged for the order I never received.
