My Experience was fine. My problem was I had gone on-line to cancel my account, which I thought I had, then 12 months later I realized $39.99 a month was still being taken out of my bank account. When I called to find out why, then I was told I never canceled my account. So I canceled and was supposedly going to be reimbursed $479.88 within 5-7 business days. It has been 7 business days and still my account has not been reimbursed. This is very disappointing. So I am hopeful tomorrow my account will be credited back $479.88. If this does not happen I will not be doing business with your company in the future. Stand by what you say when you say you will reimburse my account in a timely manner.

I tried to cancel my membership and after telling the customer service rep FOUR times I don't use them anymore, don't want to skip a month, and just want to cancel my subscription, they hung up on me and still didn't cancel my subscription. What could have been a 4 minute conversation ended up being almost 15 because they kept trying to get me keep the subscription.

I ordered from Just Fab back in January of this year. Unfortunately they were never able to be delivered and sent back. I talked to customer service, and were understanding provided me with store credit for one pair of shoes and shipped out the other again. The shoes were claimed to be delivered but I had never received them. I started a claim with lasership the shipping company they used and they just reported they could do nothing and encouraged me to speak to Just Fab. Just Fab only would offer me store credit. I explained that after two unsuccessful deliveries I wanted my money back instead of store credit. If there's no way for me to get the deliveries, I did not see a point in getting store credit. Just Fab just told me there was nothing they could do and also informed me that they could only provide store credit for one delivery that was lost but not for future losses.

Just because i forgot to "skip my pay" date I should have been able to get my money back! I will not refer your company to anyone anymore. That's stupid and makes no damn sense at all. People have lives and forget stuff and shouldn't be charged 40 damn dollars for forgetting something

I had ordered three pairs of shoes out of all three I stayed with one pair I sent back to exchange two pairs of shoes and I never got my pair of shoes back I'm still waiting for the right pair and size to come in and never have

I didn't purchase anything. They took money from my account and told me I could order something later. I had canceled my account because I have small feet and they didn't have anything I wanted in my size. I don't want to order kids shoes because I'm a grown woman. Also the shoes they sell aren't real leather and in my opinion aren't worth the money they charge. The 1 and only pair of shoes they had in my size I liked l ordered and they leave blisters on the back of my legs because they're not leather and pliable. I wore them 3 times and they continue to give me blisters. NO THANKS! So basically they stole $40.00 from me.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
