I think the heels I purchased are great! But unfortunately, I will not be giving Just Fab my business again. I feel like their terms of VIP memberships are NOT CLEAR to a first-time customer. I've had the worst experiences trying to order from JustFab. I've had a JustFab account for years and I've been wanting to cancel my account for ages, but I needed to get around to using all my credits first. I had 12 credits on my account, so almost $500 worth of credits. None of these were charges I wanted to happen, I'm just forgetful sometimes, so I would forget to skip the month in time and get charged. I would much rather have my money back, but since that's apparently not an option, I tried to place a large order to use up all my credits, so I could then cancel my account. I shopped during the last day of a sale, and placed an order with 39 items in it that covered just over the amount I needed to spend. It took me a long time to scour the entire site to find things I might like. There weren't a lot of options, and I ended up picking lots of things I don't really even want, but I was just trying to use my credits. I was thinking I might end up donating of lot of these items. I got a great deal because of the sale (the prices are so low and the stock so limited that it makes me think maybe they're going out of business?). I got an email saying my order was confirmed. The next day (after the sale ends) I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Apparently this is because my billing address is different from my shipping address, which has never been an issue for me anywhere else. I called their customer service (and spoke to a very nice woman who I don't blame for this) who told me that the issue would be escalated (?) and therefore I would need to call again in three days. A lot of the items I ordered (the only things I could find that I kind of liked) could be out of stock after all these extra days, and the sale has ended. Apparently I will have to place the order all over again, finding all 39 items on the website and doing the entire process again. This is a huge pain and waste of time for me, as is calling their customer service line twice. I don't understand why they can't just resolve the billing issue (there's nothing wrong with my card or shipping address) and place my order again for me. The worst part of all this is that the exact same thing happened to me when I tried to use up my credits a year ago. My order was cancelled because they said they couldn't verify my billing address. I didn't follow through and call multiple times last year because I didn't have the energy. I now think they are just trying to steal my money and give me nothing in return. I am incredibly upset and frustrated, and it's not an exaggeration to say that I've never had a worse customer service experience. The only thing JustFab could now do to resolve this is to refund me the value of all my credits.

The sweater I received was falling apart at the sleeve. I returned it and they said they couldnt send me another one in the same colour, but would send the brown sugar colour. After three weeks, I followed up because it was still showing as pending on my account. I was then told that my order was cancelled and they couldnt send me the sweater. Why was I told by one customer service agent that they could and another cancels my order when I inquire about it. Giving me my money back does not mean that you provided great service. I do not recommend anyone use this service.

I appreciated the experience but the styles weren't a whole lot to my liking, it was difficult to skip months or stop membership because it had to be done via computer and couldn't do it in my phone. And some of the things I ordered were not the best quality and ended up breaking.

Unfortunately this company doesn't take quality into consideration when they're mass producing these clothing items. I ordered 2 really cute rompers and upon wearing one the first time it literally started coming undone from the seems. The other romper never was even worn and the day I went to put it on I noticed that it also was starting to come undone. Right in the area where they put the tags and extra button. They're shoes are decent but as for the clothes, Forget about it...

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
