Normally the shoes run small because just fab has a petit preference of women over thicker women who's cloths and feet run wide. These shoes I had to give to a man to wear for dress shoes. I've never had shoe size issues besides them running tight and small and never good option for wide always the less cute stuff for plus size and wide feet so I never buy hardly ever just sucks when I do they are hardly ever a good fit. I've never had so much problems with shoe size I always do 8 1/2 wide and they always fit in stores. Online I'm learning they get to size what ever way to make you buy again on the chance you won't return for proper size or money back.
After one day of wearing the shoes they wear absolutely destroyed. This is unacceptable. Just ONE DAY!

On this last purchase, I bought some sandals, shorts and tank top. The shorts are the only thing that really works for me. The sandals fit good because I bought based on the reviews suggestion, however, the sandals were hard and I couldn't wear them more than 3 minutes of walking. They were cutting into the back of my ankle. The tank was cute, but fit too tight. I am saving it, in hopes that I will be able to wear it if I lose some weight. I like JustFab for the boots, but I really am not impressed with it for other items. And to me its a hassle to log on to the website each month to opt out. The only reason I actually made a purchase this time is because I had credits due to forgetting to opt out a couple times. I do like it for the boots, but only in the Fall time.

I signed up for a vip membership. I have been trying to cancel the membership and cannot. I have tried calling the phone number and texting the number they provide for cancellation but it does not work. I can't even log into my account to skip the month, it just keeps "loading". This website is a scam.

Trying to cancel this subscription is like joining the mafia. You don't leave it alive. Once you join the membership, they pull out $40 every month and give you BS prices on things, overcharging anyone who doesn't have a VIP membership. Cancelling is ridiculous. Every person that I know who's paid for this subscription even once has to fight tooth and nail just to get them to cancel. They harass you and offer you free points if you choose to stay. It's pitiful.

I went on their on line chat to ask for help. I need to return my most recent order but it's not showing up in my order history so I can't start the process. I was trying to communicate this as they told me to go to the order history to start the exchange when communication was cut off. I don't know if they just left or we were disconnected.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
