I received a package thinking it was my sneakers and sandals along with a bag. I opened it and it was a whole different order and a whole different size. It seemed like the package labels were switched and this was not cool. Some of my shoes I purchased were the last ones in my size and I was really looking forward to wearing these for work since I'm pregnant and I'm allowed to wear sneakers. Is there any chance I can get my real order sent to me?

Shoes were super cute. The fit on my purple dress was okay, not great. The art deco print dress was actually XL instead of XS. It was just annoying having to drop off my package. If only it were the right size. I may have kept it.

For the most part the shoes are great. I had to return shoes once and it took forever to get the credits back. Sometime the sizes are way off. The leopard print loafers I just got in a 7.5 are way too big.

I have tried several times to quit this program and each time the customer service rep has talked me out of it. I am a senior citizen and the clothes are too young for me. I try to call each month to opt out and when I forget it costs me $50 that I can't really afford. The quality of the merchandise is great and the selection is good. The seem to offer shoes the most and have a good selection.

JustFab shoes are generally pretty decent when/if I can find a style I like. They wear down a bit faster than I would like, and I've had quite a few boots have the sole detach. I decided to give their clothes a try and ordered a pair of shoes, sports bra, and leggings all in this print that I really really loved. Shoes and sports bra arrived and are perfect. The leggings I didn't even try on because I knew they weren't the correct size. Just holding them up I could tell they were way too small. Sure enough when I checked the tag, they were two sizes smaller than what I had ordered. Contacted support and requested an exchange. Ezpz. I sent back the original and when the new pair arrived the exact same thing happened. The bag they were in said my size, but the actual tag on the leggings was two sizes smaller. Contacted support again and they said we can try again or I can just have a store credit. I asked to try one more time and if it happened again I'll take the credit. It. Happened. AGAIN! Three times I was sent leggings two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Super sad about it as I love that print.

I've had good luck usually but this last order left me sad. One pair of shoes looks fab but when I walk in them, the leather strap is so rough it cuts into the top of my foot. The other pair slid to the side every time I tried to take a step so I sent them back. Hopefully it's a fluke as I've never had shoes this bad from just fab.

Felt obligated every month to have to buy something or if I forgot to skipped I get charge. Felt like it was a task/chore I need to make sure to do or get charge. Unfortunately, I racked up 8 credits. I try to finds cloths or shoes I like, however the fashion is not up my alley anymore.

One pair of sandals broke with the first wear, the other pair had the toes so small my 11 yr old couldn't fit her foot in. The shoe was the right size but the toe was tiny.

I purchased a pair of cute, jaguar printed loafers I've been eyeing for awhile... The first day I wore them to work, they came undone at the seem! I inquired on returning them but they were sold out in every size :(

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
