Bought 3 pairs, received them in a fair amount of time. However, they were the wrong size. When trying to exchange, i had to go through so much to get them exchanged. It has now been 2 weeks and no exchange. I have already sent them back. Make sure you have the accurate item# not the return #. Customer service has no clue what they are doing. They repeat and repeat information that has nothing to do with return or exchange. I will never purchase again. Just beware!

Went to order a pair of boots not knowing I was being put into a 60 dollar membership. After realizing I immediately call and cancel my order and subscription! They told me they would refund me my money in 24-48 hours. It is going on 2 weeks now. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE.

First time using this site. I loved the shoes and would of given 4 stars, however they still charged me for the monthly fee even after I went on the 4th to skip this month. The agent said, oh sorry must be a glitch. Absolutely unacceptable! This ruined my trust and faith in this company that they can and will just charge my card regardless. I'm so disappointed.

I received wrong sizes several times. All but 1 pair actually fit. I measured my legs and ordered wide to give room and still to small. Many of the boots have fake zippers. So beware of that. I have to use zip up boots

I have been a JustFab VIP member for a long time and it is very disappointing that this has happened and still happening. Last year I have accumulated a decent amount to spend on items, sale or not.
Earlier this year, I purchased 4 pairs of shoes. I had to return two pairs because despite being the same size as the other two, these two were too big. I wanted to get replacements of the same shoes in smaller sizes.
One of them didn't have anything in smaller size so it was just a return and I expected a refund. With the other one, I settled with a different color of the same design in smaller size because that was the only one left. I never received that replacement because they have sent it to my previous address that I haven't lived in for over 5 years. I reported that to them.
For the return shoes and the lost replacement, I was promised to get refund for both. I received neither. That was February 2022. I made plenty of calls and they told me the same thing: to give it more time because the case was "escalated." It's already October 2022.

I actually have bought 5 pairs of shoes/ boots and everything was ok. But I bought a pair of boots last year and finally got them out today bc it was cold and noticed they were 2 different sizes! One was a 9.5 and one was a 7.5! So I tried to just get them to send me the right size (9.5) for my right foot and they are out of the boots now. So instead of trying to help me for THE MISTAKE THEY MADE… they said there is nothing they can do! So now I'm stuck with 2 boots that's are not the same size! I was so nice and offered to send them back and just get a coupon or something…, but they say they can not help. They totally lost mine and ALL my friends buisness!

Didn't receive it first of all had to file a complaint with post office and just fab I finally received it 2 months after ordering and it showed up the wrong size ong! Never shopping here again not even going thru the effort to get another pair a third time

I have order a great amount of she's with JustFab, but as of 09/28/2022 I will never give them my business. I really learn how dedicated they are not with customers. I called them to get help with making a order, because lost lost my vision in the left from a disease called Lupus. I called customer service the first time and I was talking with a male and ask for assistance so am waiting not aware he had hung up the phone. At this time am upset, but decided to call back hoping who answer would help me out. I explained to her my probably trying to place a order due to loss of my sight in one eye, but she insisted on telling me to go online and place the order, so at this time am really getting upset, because tonight I learn JustFab is only courtesy when you spending money on buying there shoes, so they must be getting a commission by selling more shoes. I realized they didn't have time to assist a person who only have vision in one. As I told them tonight they will never get another dime from me and I will purchase from Shoe Dazzle from this day forward, but they always want you to take a quick survey on how they service was. Well I can tell them it was lousy.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
