I had a big order of 7 boots. Had to return 4 pair as they did not fit. But the return was such a frustrating process I had to call the company with each, because their site wouldn't process for every pair I had to return! They were out of an exchange size so I I had to return for a credit instead and I also had to call for every credit I wanted to use! Their customer service rep was nice each time but their site function and their credit system really is horrible!

I ordered 2 bundle deals from justfab which included a blazer and leopard print boots and the second bundle was to include a white dress, boots, and a black purse. When I looked the order up to track it, they had changed the second order to just the white dress no other items included. I was still charged the bundle price.

I paid for express shipping and the system said the product would reach me by 10/26. But the product did not reach me until 10/28. I ordered the product for my daughter to wear for a Halloween party to school of course the product arrived that evening. Then I attempted to discuss the matter with customer service which was not helpful. I'm truly not happy

Too much of a hassle to send the two boots back that were low quality then the lateness was a problem as well for my first order not good I really thought this would have been a long relationship as a customer but oh well.

I would love to leave a 5 star review but unfortunately I have yet to receive my order that I placed on Oct. 19,2022. It is the 3rd of Nov and they are somewhere in PA waiting for FedEx.

The sweater was a medium and did not fit like a medium but seemed like an xtra large.
The jeans were not the correct size either and I have another pair from just fab and the same size and they are just a little tight. And the ones I ordered this time were way too large and seemed very unproportioned.

I bought 151.00 worth of clothes, their sizing is off so they didn't fit. I wanted to return and get bigger size. They wanted me to accept $35.00 and keep the clothes. I said no. What good are clothes that are too small. I'm still fighting for a refund because they refused a return. This happened Oct 14 2022. It's now November 2nd. Don't buy from them

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
