In one pair of my boots, it's like something is loose in the heel part, it rattles when I walk. I took the boot off and you can shake the shoe and hear something inside rattling

I became a meme wr years ago when JF was seeking shoes. After filling out your profile the choices that would appear month after month there were wild. The variety was incredible. As the company grew and other domains were added the shoes slowly became a smaller department. I am only interested in the shoes. The company has just raised prices for the first time since I've been a member. This ability be stable through a pandemic and economic change was also promising. Overall good experience.

Boots took a REALLY long time to be delivered, which wouldn't have been a problem except there was no way to track where they were once they were shipped. That's not good when the postal service has been less than reliable generally.
