Absolutely worst online shop I have ever dealt with. Bought shoes for first time and didn't realise I have suddenly signed up to be a vip member until they already had all my details and access to my PayPal account. So I had the hassle of having to "skip" each month. Forgot this month and them had a whopping bill of £35 for NOTHING! So figured I will order more shoes. However with this online shop, unlike anyone else, you cannot apply your credit to ANY sale items. So I bought two pairs of shoes that would cost me only £18 on their sale for a massive £50! Just to use up the store credit. Then I receive them today and the one pair doesn't fit. I figure I will just ask for a full refund as I am pretty done with just fab for now. But no, I am told I cannot get a refund just more store credit! This is ridiculous! I am now writing off this money and the shoes! As they do not fit! But I cannot stand going onto their website again! Please avoid them! Terrible service! All about the money for them! Awful awful store! Would rate them in the negative if I could!

I have bought a pair of shoes from them once but i didn't realise that after buying, you will be automatically sign up for monthly shopping fee of £35 so they will take that money out your bank account even if you don't buy anything, unless you skip the month. Then i decided to cancel! But that did not happen at all and i still have to keep skipping each month so they wont take the money from my bank. The reason why my account wasnt cancel because the person who i spoke to on the phone was forcing me to keep my account with them and kept telling me to keep it for 3 months and see first even after telling him 100 times to please just cancel it. The guy just did not cancel at all. Very unhelpful and unprofessional! Worse i have ever dealt with and worse shopping site ever! Its a complete SCAM! I have a friend who did manage to cancel her account after trying to contact them couple of times. Cancelling it is so difficult even after her account was cancelled, they decided to still keep taking money from her bank so they basically did not do anything! They don't care so please AVOID shopping on this website!

Holy moly this company are pure thieves, extremely shady tactics and preying on people (majority) who have better things to do in their lives than SKIPPING MONTH or else u get charged 35 pounds, thats a LOT of money i'd say. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I got charged 3 times within a year - thats like 100 pounds and their products definitely don't reflect the price they charge, they're garbage. Today I am giving JustFab 2 out of 5 stars for their service. First and foremost, I am a post-doc researcher who is conducting research abroad for 8 months in another country. To my dismay, I have had the unfortunate luck of purchasing a pair of black Timea about a year ago. The rubber used to cover over a tiny area comprising the heel on this pair of wedged shoes has worn out within 2-3 light wears. I know this because I am stuck with a third exchange in another country. And whether or not I received the shoes for half off, 43 credit points does not amass to my welfare (after nearly slipping and breaking my neck at a function), nor the fact that my £17.50 was hard earned. Whatever the payment, I expect to receive the same quality as I would at £35! Honestly, my advice to prospective members who are considering to join this JustDrab shoe company, go spend you £35 on a pair of leather shoes that are far better made and produced by the UK. Furthermore, the website does not let its customer provide photographic evidence detailing the damages incurred. This American company is American and therefore, an opportunistic cheat! Steer clear!

Please do not use this website or you will regret it just like I have. Customer service is totally rubbish. I saw an advert on TV and thought shoes look good and great price. I ordered the shoes which failed to turn up. I was then told they tried to deliver them however returned. This is rubbish as no docket was left in my postbox. I was then told shoes are out of stock and to order two more at no extra cost. These shoes never turned up. It turns out that not only did they charge me for the first shoes but they automatically took money from my account the second time round. I have demanded this money be returned to my account and that I do not want the goods which should have been delivered within 8 days. I feel as though this company is a con and have not taken me seriously. They had no right to take money from my account without my authorisation. I have been told my account has now been refunded and to allow 3-5 working days. I do not trust them and will see next week if the refund has been applied. I told them to remove my account details as it would appear that they save customer account details. They do not even deserve one star. How they managed to get an advert on TV I'll never know. DO NOT USE THIS SITE AND TELL EVERYONE ELSE.

I managed to accidentally sign up for VIP membership (easy to do as it turns out) and then didn't realise that the money was automatically being taken from my account if I didn't skip the month - I hadn't opened emails from the company as I thought they were just spam - my own fault I know, but something that a lot of people do. Anyway, when I phoned to cancel my membership a robotic American lady informed me that the credits I had accrued were non-refundable. Although I assume the operation is legal, it seems to be a very dodgy way of conducting business. They also have a fitness clothes company now too operating in the same way and I can't believe that they are allowed to advertise on television. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP!

Ordered a few pairs of boots and a couple of handbags to treat myself. None of the boots fit, much too small even though I had ordered a size bigger. Bags were not up to much either so returned the lot and phoned to requested a full refund. It has taken three weeks and lots of emails to get this money returned, using the excuse the returns have to go to Germany!. Full refunds will be given within 14 days is what is written in their terms and conditions - 21 days is breaching their own terms and conditions and yet when I rang to cancel my membership their was no apology, just a robot reading off a script trying to sell me special offers. BE VERY CAREFUL HANDING OVER YOUR CARD DETAILS TO A COMPANY WHO STRUGGLES TO RETURN WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS. Disgusting customer service - I will NEVER use this company again! This company offers poor quality goods, and above all shockingly bad customer service. Trading standards should be informed of this shoddy company.

The prices online fluctuated from special first time purchase price of £17.99 to escalated £35... I paid out £70 and cancelled my stupid membership
There is no UK just fab customer service division it's all out of the Philippines where they don't listen, understand or value any customer service practices. This is without a doubt the very worst online company I have ever purchased from.
To add further insult they offered me the least credits and not the full refunded figure despite me saying I wanted a full refund and I had no intention if ever ordering with them so offering me credits was a pointless effort... But they did not comprehend that.
I'm going to write in to watchdog and see if what they are doing is legal. I would never order from them again and I'm determined to get a full refund! And warn everyone I know to steer clear of just-not-so-fab... More like just-bloody-awful!

JustFab provides an option for you not to checkout as a VIP member, You're NOT even routed directly to checkout page if you WONT select an option between REGULAR OPTION and VIP OPTION ( on the pop-up), and there are 3 pages of checkout before finally placing your order, and since you got so excited about their great deals ONLY FOR THOSE WHO SELECTED THE VIP MEMBERSHIP, you missed to read the most important details on all their 3 checkout pages and BLAME IT TO JUSTFAB, AGAIN YOU'RE PROVIDED AN OPTION NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR PROMOTION AND CHECKOUT AS A REGULAR MEMBER, and you still think that they tricked you, and robbed you,! Im not patronizing this company but for Goodness sake! STOP MAKING YOUR OWN MISTAKE AND BLAIMING IT TO THE COMPANY!

I too have been conned by this evil company and have emailed them and they do not reply. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my membership as I do not like their selling scam - it is an utter con. I thought I had cancelled it from PayPal but the £35 just came out and I decided to cancel any further transactions with them. I had asked PayPal earlier to stop any money going out from my account but they didn't come back to me and confirm it so I am £35 down. I am hoping PayPal will refund it and they should stop working and encouraging con artists like this - thank you everyone for putting your reviews on this - let's stick together and get them blocked.
THIS IS AN UPDATE - ITS NOW APRIL AND I STILL GET EMAILS TELLING ME THEY WILL STILL TAKE £35 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER UNSUBSCRIBING, WRITING A LETTER TO NO AVAIL - BANK AND PAYPAL INFORMED TO NOT RELEASE ANY MONEY TO THESE THIEVES - BE WARNED

So I looked at my bank statement and noticed £35 had been taken out from JustFab. I then browsed through my emails to try and find anything regarding this payment. Nothing. It was only when I searched 'justfab' that I found dozens of emails, some of which informed me that JustFab had taken £35 out of my account without my knowledge or consent. This has happened since July. That's over £100 that I've been scammed out of! I did some research online and found that this scam has happened to many people due to the sketchy terms in the T&C's. The first site that expects people to read this (I imagine this is how the company convinces themselves that they are ethical). I did not agree to have this money taken from my account nor do I recall agreeing to this VIP con. In the email it provided a number to call 'any time' to cancel, when I called I was told offices were shut. Not really 'any time' then is it? I will call again tomorrow and demand a refund. I feel completely violated by this and JustFab should be ashamed of themselves. Total con, people. Do not shop here or purchase anything online because you will have hundreds of pounds stolen from you. Disgusting.
