The issue I have is with federal government retirement management and is something that very few people working in HR or Federal Retirement knows. Mr. Gino took time to research and found solutions that no one else gave to me. Gave me answers to the issue and more possible solutions to solve the problem.

Once I explained my problem to Donald he said it sounded like a cross thread with the bolt and offered 2 solutions, one using a Tap to fix the crossthread or 2 using a smaller bolt and nut to temporarily fix the problem.

Dish Hopper and Samsung

Stephen was the first Service Technian who fully understood exactly what I was experiencing with trying to sync up my Sharkey hearing aids, Samsung TV, and my Dish Hopper. He held my hand so to speak and walked me through trying to resolve my issues. He was so patient with me, and I felt he wanted my problem solved. I definitely will use JustAnswer again

Getting help

It would have been a better experience if the platform will not ask me immediate fee by asking my credit card.
As an individual customer, I would pay after the transaction. But I understand that some customers probably don't want to pay even after the service. Make sense.
This era makes our lives even harder because we became paranoid of scams.
But overall, my experience is excellent. And thank you for the help that you have extended me..

Panic mode after puppy ate meds

I was in a panic after my dog got my husband's meds, I accounted for all but one pill and contacted JustAnswer for help. I was connected to a vet which assured me that my pup would be fine after eating one pill. Fast quick response!

Although frustrating at times the rep I was speaking with was determined to fix my audio issue with the brand new Yamaha receiver. It took over an hour but we finally figured it out together and now everything is working perfectly so it was a great experience in the end.

The tech support was just as advertised. I got a call about 10 minutes after submitting my request and entering my credit card, email and phone number. The tech was very easy to understand, knowledgeable and gave me specific information about what to check with wiring and connectors to the door handle (ground, power and antenna) before considering moving on to replacing the BCM (Body Control Module). He even explained that the BCM is found under the dash on the passenger side and the BCM is partitioned between right and left side body functions so the fact that the driver side door has never failed does not rule out a defect in he BCM that could be causing the passenger side door to fail intermittently..

Apple gift cards

Bought 2 Apple cards at Target opened them up and was going to scratch to get the codes but both cards had the numbers allready exposed and the middle letters were whited out. So there was nothing to scratch. Went back in store said they couldnt do anything. I contacted my bank to try and stop payment but was too late. Contacted Apple spent over 2 hours to get thru to them to send my photos, very difficult way they have to do things.
