My questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Giving me a different perspective on my situation and some potential resources that I did not know exists. I really appreciated that I did not have to tell my story multiple times. The chatbot assistant provided the attorney all of the pertinent information and he was prepared when we spoke. 10/10

Romantic scammer

Fell in love with a guy online Facebook messenger. He tried to scam me out of $13,400 but I never sent him the money and I knew this was a scam. I never had anything like this happened to me before and I feel sad for the women who I have been conned and lost thousands and thousands of dollars he actually tried to get me to send $13,400 in cash to a woman in an apartment complex Just how stupid did he think I was

Very thorough review why Zwift click did not work with Rouvy. I learned that my bike trainer allows me actual shifting, making Zwift click unnecessary. Since real landscapes as in Rouvy are more important than cartoons as in Zwift, I have decided to stay with Rouvy for now. The interaction with Richard was extremely helpful, detailed and with patience. Lots of route recommendations based on my cycling interests were also provided

OVERCHARGED

I had a question for the vet he was great answered my question he was amazing but I was told I would only be charged a $5 fee that was refundable and I immediately went and looked at my bank account and I was charged $65

This was a blond moment

Just couldnt access Spectrum app but had no problem with other apps. I could not believe it was just a matter of unplugging and then plug back in. So simple but next time I will know how to fix. Thanks to JOsh it didnt take nvery long to figure out.

It was $70 (it's pretty hidden when entering payment info, but it's there) You will not be eligible for a refund either.

But now I have the next month to ask just about anything, which is helpful with some current legal concerns I'm dealing with. So far, my questions were answered, most importantly in a way that I can actually understand. So if you can afford it, it's worth it.
