Earrings that are a gift from my grandmother have fallen down under the sliding cover for the cupholders of the center console of my 2021 Buick Enclave. Bad design on Buick's part! Going from a light fixture with a fan to just a plain light fixture meant there were extra wires in the box. Initially, the light switch did not work but Franklin figured things out, I reconnected the black wire and all is good now.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
