Got Ring Cameras Working

My Ring cameras lost internet access at night. My Google nest cameras reconnected on their own but none of my Ring cameras reconnected. With the technicians help I was able to reconnect all my Ring cameras.

Gave me confidence

Had a ice dispenser that didn't dispense. Water dispenser did. I had already gotten as far as I could without help, but didn't know how to finish the disassembly or test the motor. Jerrod walked me through what to look for. Did find ice where the shouldn't have been any, but that may have accumulated since the dispenser stopped working. I'll re-assemble. If it works I'm good to go, if not, then per Jerrods recommendation I'll order the motor with a high degree of confidence.

Failed Dyson Roller

Roller would not come on when it should have. After being advised to take the entire head off and check for a clog/jam. I cleared all debris and then it was determined I needed a new head. I was given the exact part number, an address to order it, and how much it would cost. Very efficient and I was very pleased with the accuracy and responsiveness.

I contacted Just Answer because my year old pup had eaten something toxic. I was assured that the amount she ate would not harm her, which was very helpful. However, when you ask for help, you pay a $5.00 fee but must first read a very long disclosure. I looked over it but was very upset because she had eaten cherry pits, which contain cyanide and wanted to speak with someone quickly. I thought the question would be $5 and that was all. But the app charged my credit card for $5 AND $70.00 for a monthly membership. I was able to get this reversed the next day by calling their customer service number. BE AWARE that you are signing up for a membership! There was no free month trial. If I hadn't checked I would have been charged the next month.

I had a question regarding a scam and a fraud that happened to me a while ago but I didn't know how and where to address it. Although I wasn't very hopeful, when I got in contact with the agent, he sent me the right and correct information about the company that I was complaining about and told me exactly which steps I needed to take. He also sent me some links that I needed to fill out. So, thank you very much; I am happy with the interraction and the result.

What's it worth?

I had some unusual souvenirs that my father had collected over the years while serving in the Royal Canadian Navy. I answered a series of questions, shared some photos and within the hour had a very comprehensive report on the history and current market value of the pieces. So well done and so easy. Well worth the investment of time and a few dollars to get such a response.

Stuck on Toyota CV Axle install

Could not get Driver side, cv half shaft axle to click in. When it did & I test drove car, transmission fluid leaked all over my driveway. I was beaten. I reached out, & Roy helped me out with going over the steps. Bought a new, Napa Cv axle oil seal & reinstall per Roy's advice. Job done & no more leak!

For my TV picture size issue, Ravi directed me to the Format button on my cable box, which I hadn't even known about. He stayed with me while I tried to change the picture size, but I couldn't find the Thumbs Up key mentioned and there we were stuck. I later called my cable company and got an Astound tech to finish the process (he located my version of the remote and we took it from there)but I was grateful to cut short the process with what Ravi had taught me. I wasn't even sure the Astound guy was going to get to that Format button, at least at first. The picture size is back to being correct, but it wasn't easy for the Astound tech either.
