Not aware of membership fee

I was directed to this web site by my booked reservation for luggage storage. I was not advised I was joining and would be charged a monthly membership fee. Thank goodness I was able to cancel and should receive a refund.

Excellent Help

I was at my wit's end trying to change the internet provider for my printer from Spectrum to AT&T. It took a little time to resolve the issue, but he was so patient and understanding.
So grateful he was able to resolve the problem. Now printer is working like it's supposed to.

This was spot-on for what I expected and needed at the time. I feel like the process is significantly less stressful than similar sites/services, and quite honestly, I have way too much experience when it comes to needing help like this so I truly appreciate the lack of BS with everything from creating an account to the chat sessions and everything in between. Satisfied with the help I got but if $55.00 dollars is what it cost, won't be looking to you anymore. Too expensive for a short conversation. I saw the $5.00 dollar part but apparently did not look close enough to see that the session would be $55.00.

This doesnt replace going to your vet, but just for peace of mind the ease of access by way of online chat was definitely a help. The MVD I talked to was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations on seeking further care. The chat was very quick with almost no wait at all. Everything went smooth, no issues to boot! Being able to receive advice from a professional from the comfort of your home is pretty convenient with how life can be sometimes. But again, it doesnt replace the office. If your pet needs testing or an examination, this is not the place to go. If youre unsure and need guidance i'd say go for it, but don't neglect responsibilty for your beloved animal.

Fast and Detailed Advice

I have a diabetic cat and two other cats and need advice from time to time. The vets always want you to bring the cat into their office and I am elderly and have a hard time transporting my two older cats because they are heavy and I have shoulder problems. Therefore, I try to find out if there is something I can do for my cats at home or should I take them out to the vet. Just Answer has helped me make that decision every time.

Dr Lee called me and did a thorough questioning of all the symptoms and medications. She was patient and thorough in her communication and recommended that I should go to an ER just to make sure that I'm getting the proper care on a timely basis.

When setting up my screen extender 1 monitor worked the other did not. Turns out my laptop C port did not support video supply for the non working monitor. The working monitor used a sport and hdmi connection. The non working monitor need an administrative connection also. My laptop did not have the additional hdmi port. I did have an extra USB 3.0 port. I was advised to get a USB 3.0vto HDMI adapter to power the non working monitor. I purchased it and download the driver for the adapter, hooked it up and the non working monitor came to life! Thank you Just Answer. I almost returned the monitor extender! I'm glad I asked for assistance from the RIGHT people!

I called about my chihuahua! She was panting and coughing and not breathing real good. I was encouraged to take her as soon as possible to our emergency vet. We didn't make it but I do appreciate the advice I received here. I would use this service again! Very helpful!

Quick, thorough help for my pup

My pal ate quite a few truffles and chocolate candies from my daughter's stash. I contacted Just Answer and sole to a real vet who explained how to get my dog to expel the chocolate as well as what to look for that should alert us to go to the vet. She's doing great.

The vet gave me great information on both my cats needs without the costly visit of visiting in person. I now know what may be happening and some tests to do before I take the expensive jump of wrangling our kitty into a box to get him to the vet. Would recommend!
