A little frustrated with the constant popups to start a new chat and request for further payments, sometimes clicking on the reply link following a chat seems to bring up a new chat and request for payment. The assistant reply bots seem to have a limited reply.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
