It was nice to be the new kid on the block not knowing of anything of what I was about to concquere or what I was up against. They immediately jumped on my side made me feel right at home let me know I was in this at no fault of my own and the purchases I was up against, well, what can I say. They weren't my purchases but they were using my money. The first started to roll. And the made me believe in myself not to forget that the Fraud audience is on my side. Because these things just so happen to happen.

1st Rep wasn't getting what I wanted. I was asking for written instruction to set up my 91 year old mother's contacts in her new Kyocera Phone we just paid for.
2nd Rep sent me the Contact guy set up right away. My husband and I after sometime were able to get her 5 Contacts set up for her. Jack checked in to make make sure we were able to set up contacts. Instead of all these steps Contact set up

My recommendation for Phone provider Kyocera would be to add the instruction to their instructions instead of having to go to a website only to be told you have to contact a representative. Visual instructions for everything else were in their instruction book. They should have done same for entering contact info. Don't understand why that had to be done separately.
The assistant was very patient and gave me step by step instructions, also explained the issue to me. He took the time to get to the issue.

I had a difficult problem on a common electro-mechanical unit. Troubleshooting this problem required a couple of days of testing and feeding back results for assessment. Larry was very helpful with each step and provided me with the assistance required to bring it to a successful resolution. Several times I thought he would become as frustrated as I was and give up on the difficult problem, but, he hung tough and stuck with me, not only providing me with technical information, but, also giving me encouragement to stick with it until we finally resolved the problem.
My technician was very knowledgeable about what the problem was with my printer and ink cartridges. He talked me through what I was seeing with messages. When I had to be interrupted to leave the session, he was very kind and offered his assistance at any time when I come back and he would pick up where we left off, which is what happened. He also sent a follow-up email before I could get back to him which I thought was a very personal touch. Definitely not a chatbot!
Doctor richard advised me about a different type of implant that attaches to my dentures. If this works, it will make a world of difference. My guns are too small to hold dentures, but apparently they can install an anchor to hold the dentures inplace, so i'm looking forward to trying that.
