It would have been nice if I ha been told upfront about the $90 charge... is this monthly or yearly?

I was having a problem with a new startup of a HP computer. I tried and tried to install a keyboard and mouse but nothing would click! I got on the phone with Just Answer and they led me through steps to find the problem. We were missing a transmitter from the computer tom the Bluetooth keyboard and Mouse. We found it and installed it. Everything works now!

I had to answer questions to help me with my issue, however, I still got charged $5. Which I understand would be refundable, but was NOT REFUNDED after answering the questions from "Just Answer" to initiate the technician to call me and get my answers.

Dr. Basu was very helpful with information given with symptoms I'm having. Will be trying the instructions he gave me for my severe cough and congestion. However, I was told this would be a $5 charge on my card but was charged $65. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

My card on file was canceled and replaced with a new, different one.
