Needed driver updates

My portable showed mike and speakers turned off. In order to address those issues a driver update was needed. Gabriel walked me thru the process of updating drivers. If that solves the issue we are done. If not i will contact Gabriel again.

Evicting a tenant
February 23, 2026

I had been able to take my tenant to court and get her evicted. Sadly, she had paid up and talked me into letting her stay 3 times before.
Our area has limited lawyers available and none taking new clients.
Twice now, I have talked with the Just Ask lawyers. They have understood my questions and explained options for me to follow.

Grateful for JustAnswer's help

I did not subscribe to a FitMe service. When I saw I was being charged for one, I tried to find a way to reach the company to straighten that out but was unsuccessful. In growing despair, I tried JustAnswer. The person who helped me was extremely kind, patient and helpful in finding a solution to my problem. He was able to actually connect me with FitMe so I could register my complaint. The company responded to me the next day that they were canceling "my account." I am so greatly appreciative of JustAnswer's help!

Rollan spoke slowly and when I asked to repeat, he did show frustration in his voice. If I misunderstood where we were going, he patiently explained it again. He guided me slowly through the entire process clearly until I got my Fitbit to reconnect. Excellence service. Thank you.

Coffee/cacoa bandit

My embroidery machine was refusing absolutely to sew properly (metallic thread) - nesting... breaking... terrible. I was connected with William Island, who went over and above to help me out. His advice was very helpful, and I was able to get my machine up and running well. William contacted me again the following day to see if I had finished getting going and whether it was still working out. I really appreciated that. If I run into trouble again, I will certainly be back. Thank you!

Gray walk me through checking settings and connecting cables but it's still not working. Right now I can't get any sound from my TV unless I force it to connect the speakers in the TV. Otherwise if you put it on auto then there's no sound. Very frustrating

I did get help, but was charged $51. I saw the thing at the beginning where they needed 5 that was refundable. But then they charged another $46 out of nowhere.

Fast Satisfaction

The chat was very understandable and easy. Then the technician sent several suggestions and opportunities for me to solve my problems. The final session with the credit card fraud/dispute technician was 10 minutes. The only problem was the communication from the technician. It was difficult to completely understand due to the accent.
