I was able to pay for the service via Paypal. The bot contacted me to the tech. I described my issue and it was resolved by reinstall old cartridges and purchasing new HP brand toner cartridges due to my printer is locked and only recognizes HP products.

The code was FP. Rob the HVAC Tech said it meant Freeze protection. Long story short, the AC unit auto turns on Freeze protection when it gets cold to protect the interior coils in my unused 4 season room. I didn't need to do a thing, but the the re-assurance was great.

Mohammed was very thorough and patient. Since the problem was an intermittent one, there is no way to tell, for a while, whether it has been fixed. But we did secure a loose power board which may have been my issue. Very happy with this experience
