he provided quickly but accurately well balanced expert advice, especially he took his time to understand my very complex health situation and my psychological and emotional stress

He knew the problem, right down to the tricks in removing the wiring harness lock (a peculiar redundancy). He was also right about the likelihood of availability of the part. I picked up the new MAP sensor this morning, installed it, and each of the symptoms I described were gone!

My printer suddenly stopped working and kept alerting me to a paper jam. I followed all the technical steps numerous times, and then numerous times again to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Nothing helped and it kept making a noise that sounded as if it was jammed or giving out... but it's generally been in great condition, so I was worried about whether it was time to invest in a new one. I gave in and took time out of my day to focus on it w/customer support which is not always successful. After walking me through all the things I had tried and a few more (updating to the latest software update waiting to be installed - now done, and going in under the computer settings and checking BOTH of my printing queues, a test page was found in one of them which had clogged everything up), my printer is now running again and updated! The 2026 New Year is starting off on the right page (literally)! So worth the time and effort, and I am extremely relieved and thankful! :)

The first tech I spoke to was an oriental (?) woman. I had a great deal difficulty understanding her. We accomplished nothing. She seemed very anxious to get off the phone and told me she would send some materials to me that I could review to determine my problem and that she would call me back. Shortly thereafter I received a call from George. He obviously knew what he was doing and was a skilled interviewer. During our discussion I recalled having recently changed the password for my router which got us zeroed us in on the problem and he skillfully led me through the complicated process of resetting it.

I posed my proble and very quickly I had a response to my inquiry. I was asked what the issue was for which I was needing help. Quickly, I was aligned w/ an appliance expert in my problem area. His solution to my problem was offered w/ two solutions. Every aspect of my association w/ JustAnswer couldn't have been better. Thank you, Susan Oren

The experience from start to finish was incredible. This was my first time using JustAnswer and I have to say, as a homeowner this service is essential unless you don't mind spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars getting someone local to come out instead of you just rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands a little dirty. I was just wanting to change spark plugs & couldn't find them. All I had to do was pull off the top cover(mech. On phone) & he described where the coils are & how to remove them, to uncover the plugs.

I was given great advice and am in the process of collecting evidence for my case. However, my case is far from resolved, and I will definitely need additional help after I get the information I need from my ex. IF I get the information I need from my ex. I will probably wind up representing myself in court because I can't afford an attorney.

My Master Tech Scott was helpful and professional. He helped me understand the root cause of my stains and recommended solutions to try. I feel hopeful that Scott's solutions will help to mitigate or eliminate the stains.

Worked with Bart, stepped through a variety of tests, determined that we need to do a fairly comprehensive parts replacement but Bart was pleasant and helpful.
