I think our experience was better than expected, Im a pretty handy guy and got stumped on an issue with our MOtorhome, I couldnt find any You Tube videos (for once) to help me and decided to try JustAnswer. After sharing my issue and answering a few questions, i waited maybe 10 minutes before TALKING with an experienced Technician who gave me what i felt was honest answers based on his experience and good guidence for what to check out and good next steps after that.

IThge car would not start. I removed the ignition switch and cleaned it. Then I replaced it. Then the ignition would not turn. With the the online techs help, I wiggled the wheel while turning the key and reconnected the battery and had success.

Garage door opening problem

For reasons unknown the garage door became cocked and would only open 4-5 inches. The Tech described several possible reasons how this could happen and several solutions. He was careful to possible point out several safety concerns. Very helpful all and all.

This is the best thing I did for myself

I am in an emotional, difficult, complicated, financially bad situation with my employer. It has been years of toxic, irrational, discriminatory treatment. I didn't know where to start. The attorney was able to really hear what I was saying and that is an old feeling I forgot about. She helped me to separate things into smaller parts that I could organize and prioritize. I came away feeling heard and understood, with a direction and a starting point. She even was able to help me figure out what I should and should not do or have while gathering documentation. Thanks you form the bottom of my heart, its been a tough couple of years.

I was not aware that this service was a subscription model and that I would be charged 46$ every months. I ended up paying 3x 46$ for a service I didn't want. I thought that I was paying 5$ for a one time service. I contacted their support and of course they hid behind their terms of service and refused to hear me out although they could see clearly that I only used the service once.

JustAnswer expert knew the way to override the problem and with a little trouble I was able to remedy the difficulty. I have had issues before and there are technical answers to the problems but you need an expert to help you. There are no guides for these problems.

Oven Issues

My Verona Italian electric oven stopped working even though it was purchased in 2022. I'm disappointed that it would malfunction so soon especially since this oven is considered a high end appliance. The technician was able to give me clear instructions to fix the issue but I rather call a professional. The technician referred me to a couple of appliance companies that should help me. Scammer

I was told that it would cost me $5 to speak to a vet. I paid $5 to find out that lysine chews might work.
I opened my bank statement online and found a charge of $70. There is no one I can contact to dispute this! I tried and was told that i needed to fill out a form and send $5 to talk to a technician!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
