The experience was solid, but I think the person responding was multitasking and thus the info I requested took quite a while to be sent to me.

Ik heb nu al de ervaring mogen hebben om drie verschillende mensen te horen - lezen en eerlijk, allen heel gedienstig en rustig. Dus ja dank, mijn probleem is nog niet opgelost, maar de aanhouder wint.

Had a problem with a brand new motor that was bad from the factory. I was correct in all my assumptions but due to the fact that I'm NOT an expert I was second guessing myself. I needed that expert opinion to be able to return the motor with confidence that "It wasn't me".

The technician that was assigned to my problem was very knowledgeable and took me step by step in diagnosing the initial issue and fixing it. He asked for all the components I had (model numbers) and helped me re-wire the whole system till it started working again.
