I needed to know if I had a case on hand and if I could pursue my case.

I have a lot of moving parts and dealing with 2 probates at once. I gave Legal Eagle a ton of information and questions I had on how to handle it all. I needed assistance with a return policy that required the original shipping bag and shipping label. The bag was filthy and was thrown away as soon as it was open and the contents inspected. The seller requires a photo of the original shipping container and the sipping label. I had no trouble explaining my situation by chat and was forwarded to an attorney. Andre had me check my water pan and drain line. His steps worked perfectly. I sucked the water out of the pan with a shop vac, dried the float valve, reset the breaker and the thermostat. Everything worked perfectly.
