Wonderful Service!

My Himalayan cat was vomiting more than usual and I was scared as to if I should take her to the vet immediately or wait until her vet visit in a few days. Help locating a package

I ordered a package I never received even though the receipt showed it as delivered. Mehul R, my contact person with JustAnswer, bent over backwards to try to help locate my package. The Summary shows every effort was made and he kept in touch with me. Unfortunately, I have come to the conclusion that my package was stolen. But I am very happy with Just Answer.

Denial of accommodations for disability
November 10, 2025

I have advocates who assisted me in seeking accommodations for disability. The property management has not allowed me to renew my lease, although I have a perfect record in rental payment and any of anything else I have related to the apartment where I live. Two days ago I received a 30 day notice without cause. My intention is to stay there long-term because it's a good apartment is plenty of space for me and I also have my own parking space for a handicap, which is very convenient to my apartment. However, I received a notice a 30 day notice to vacate and that my lease is not being renewed. My advocates spoke directly to the manager and requested 90 days instead of 30 days to accommodate my disability. However, the property manager would not extend the 30 days nor did they give a reason for that except that they don't make any exceptions for people with disabilities. I believe this is in direct conflict with the Fair Housing Act. The information that I received from the attorney who addressed this for me was very thorough and helpful. There are resources that I was given information to contact to seek assistance that I had no idea even existed. I sent everything to my advocates and hopefully they'll be able to act on that. I probably will still need legal assistance, but at least I have a direction in which to go and I have a clear understanding that my rights have been violated. It's good to have that validation.

A Simple Fix

I was doing my laundry with my brand new portable washing machine and panicked when I put the clothes in the spin tub and could not get it to spin. I called in and was assisted by Charles who did a great job in advising me that if the machine was not level on the dolly the spin cycle would not work. I checked the machine to correct that and sure enough the spin cycle kicked in. I was so happy it was something that easy because I had started to think my machine was defective. I appreciate his knowledge and quick thinking which was the solution to my problem. Thanks Charles.
