I've been working with Scott once again with another marine diesel engine issue. Lack of power, white smokey exhaust. We've been trouble shooting to determine the fix which is still in progress. Scott has been very professional, patient, informative, helpful and more.

My experience with the chat-bot and then with the social security expert was excellent. My questions were answered quickly and with the exact details I needed.

I needed to remove the top load agitator from my Samsung, aqua jet washing machine. It's very difficult to remove the agitator, and the recommendation was to use a product readily available on Amazon. Chat, the technician, was very helpful. He gave an alternative to use zip ties to pull up the agitator, but he also cautioned that removing the agitator can place additional "crud" inside the machine. Thanks for the advice.
