The mechanic I spoke with quickly accessed my situation. My car was at a local shop that was troubleshooting the no start problem. After talking with the mechanic I shared the info an they were able to make the repairs and solved my problem.

This site, and Dr. Ivana is a great resource for those of us who have pets and concern for minor issues, were those that occur when the doctor's office is closed.
The process was efficient, screening by the doctors assistant fast, and communication with the doctor was easy to understand and instructions were easy to follow.

Very easy to get the process started, quick questions from a chat bot. The chat bot seems like a redundant process because my technician asked the same questions. The technician seemed like a good guy, yeah they are Indian and sometimes the accent makes the words harder to discern but he tried his best and was very patient when I asked for the spelling of alternatives to my reach my initial goal before the problems occurred. I also checked the websites and they look to be clear of scams or virus'

Midnight split AC/Heating call

Called from Internet search regarding the heating/dF signal.
Took a while for callback, but Sonny was AWESOME.
He took the time explore and explain the probable issue.
He helped me with a referral but the referral Moore HVAC are 30 miles away and didn't have a tech who knew of mini splits.

Tim stuck with me though we never communicated except by voice mail. I believe he would have helped me if not for my poor phone performance. I wound up getting my local HVAC company to come over and I was so busy with him that I never had a chance to work with Tim. My generator is working now. In time for the storm!

Puppy got into sleeping pills
February 3, 2026

The dogs woke me up at 4:00 AM. After feeding them about 4:45 I saw a chewed up pill on the floor. It was a sleeping pill. Apparently the 6 month old Miniature Schnauzer got into them as well as a 5 year old. We have had freezing rain and skeet for several hours and the nearest emergency vet clinic, if it's even open is 30 miles away. Symptoms included erratic behavior, anxiety, and loss of coordination. I happened on this site when googling how to induce vomiting in a dog. Sarah R walked me through it and remained on chat with me until the crisis had passed. I'm confident she saved both dogs' lives. There were a LOT of pills in that bottle.

Mr. Med was the best!

I had such a complex issue but that didn't stop Mr. Med. He was the most patient person in customer service that I've ever known. He was very kind and very polite and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. He's the best customer service person I've ever had.

I have an ATV that shuts off when it gets hot. I described the symptoms in full detail and tech emailed me back with the 4 most common causes of that issue and steps to troubleshoot each cause. I was able to isolate the issue and fix my ATV for the cost of a $10 part.
