My concern was finally addressed!

All perfect! The mechanic was quick to help me, listened closely, asked a few questions and even gave me a good idea what caused the scratches and exactly how to handle them. He was very knowledgeable, polite and gave terrific feedback. So very worth the little bit of money—will use this again—for sure!

Stereo Mix Issues

Having issues with enabling the "Stereo Mix" option for recording internal sounds from my Lenovo ThinkPad. The option was not available in the menu. The tech guided me through updating my sound drivers but it did not solve the issue. He said the Stereo Mix option may not be supported and I may have to reach out Lenovo for further help.

Questions that needed clarity

My dilemma was finding a lawyer who specialized in social security issues and could help me understand the language on SSA appeal forms. The person who assisted me was a CPA, but had a keen sense of my problem. His Answer was sufficient for me to pursue my situation without any more delay. Unclear membership cost

I thought I was being bill $5 and after I got my answers and was charged the $5, I looked at my credit card account and found out I was charged $65. I then looked at my email and found the receipt with the amount written in smaller writing on the right side of the receipt. When I tried to get a refund I was told that the cost was clear. It isn't the only cost I saw was $5, they do a bait and switch and their prices aren't clear. I cancelled the subscription immediately and they won't refund the money and use ai generated responses. Don't use them!

Crazy Orange Cat

My orange cat woke me up early in the morning choking on something. He was severely foaming from the mouth. I didn't have the financial means to take him to the emergency vet. Long story short, Dr. Childress was amazing. She asked all the right questions and quickly eased my mind that he would be ok. She was very thorough and just as kind. I would absolutely reach out to her again should another unexpected situation arise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have used Just Answer for a variety of issues including Auto mechanics, Lawyers, HVAC, Plumbing and computer tech. Overall the answers have been helpful with a few, (about 3 experts) that have been outstanding and the rest range from barely passable, meaning that they didn't exceed my own knowledge, to a couple that led me down the wrong path and wasted my time. I've been doing my own handiwork for decades so I can pretty quickly see if the one I'm dealing with will be helpful or maybe I am just doing things that exceed the intent of Just Answer. I continue to use this resource as a first step.
