Great service!

Thought I was hospital-bound (an hour's trip). Worrisome since I was having weird chest pains - all on the *right* side. The doctor on JustAnswer was great; compassionate and supportive, considered my symptoms and provided a rock-solid diagnosis. Saved me worry, time and money.

I was grateful to be quickly connected to an experienced technician who advised step one and then step two to fix the issue with my washer.

One negative, it said the charge would be $2.00 on the website and I was charged $55.00 CA for the call. I would have appreciated an "I agree to a one-time charge of $55.00" for me to agree to that number.

I was told early in the day that I would receive a phone call.
I sat by my phone all day but nobody called.
In stead I continued to receive written chats in my IPad.
The experts changed an as a result I kept having to provide the same information.
If I had been able to talk over the phone with one if you experts I would have been able to tell them what I could and what I could not see in my TV screen
Finally, late at night I got a call from Mark.
He was excellent and solved the problem quickly and almost totally.
I have ni complaints about any if your experts but I'm astonished by the fact that you don't seem to understand that one on one phone conversations are far more efficient than text messages.

It said I could connect with a Tech for $5.00. Then I saw they charged me $43.00 for a monthly subscription which they said nothing about. I reported it immediately and am getting a refund.

Was great information about the keypad early use. The manufacturer did not mention this. I was pushing, tapping all over the screen and nothing happened, very frustrating. Thanks for the tip, I just have to slowly get acquainted with this new oven. Thank you.

My cat was experiencing what i thought might be symptoms of a stroke. The doctor I spoke with said he felt it would more likely be an inner ear (vertigo) situation. I will do as he instructed and hopefully the symptoms will dissipate.
