Jennair replacement prt

Trying to locate a replacement fan control knob on my Jennair range. An appliance parts store provided the wrong part and I wanted to verify that I'm looking for the correct part. Just answer tech verified the OEM part number and I will follow-up with Whirlpool to try getting the correct size replacement. Tech was very knowledgeable and patient with my issue!

Problem solved

My mom was experiencing a flood of pop up adds rendering her phone unusable. Dave talked us into the settings, then apps, and we started deleting the unnecessary apps as fast as we could between getting kicked out due to the incessant pop ups. By the time we got done deleting, the adds were gone.

Concerns about Son

Dr. Javid was absolutely wonderful. He addressed all of my concerns about my son's health issues, answered the million questions I had, while being so patient and understanding, not to mention the how caring he was. He directed me right where I needed to be, when after three failed attempts of ER trips with my son and still no answers or help, I was lost and didn't know what to do next. The communication with the Chatbot was very effective as was then being moved over to communicate with A an individual.

I was also trying to step back from having FedEx process my passport update. I found the price to be not what I first expected. I'm still waiting to make sure that they're not trying to draw funds from my account.Thank you!

Garage Door Opener Nightmare

I was trying to get the new keypad to open the garage door. Trying to find the learn button and make it work was difficult. Mohammed helped me identify the button and which sequence to use. It worked. Then I had a second issue with the door falling off the trolley. He helped me get that reconnected easily.

I spoke with two individuals today, Nick, the mechanic and the nice French lady who answered when I pressed my blue onstar button in the vehicle. My dog is going to be okay!

I came home to a very sick dog: blood, vomit, diarrhea.
I wasn't sure if I needed to go to the emergency vet or my regular vet, if either.
I was advised to take her to urgent care for tests, imaging, fluids, etc. and to update him on the appointment. I really appreciated that he cared enough to know how the appointment went.
After talking to the vet here, and having labs and imaging done, it was determined that it was likely acorns from the yard causing her GI upset. I didn't know they would make her so sick.
She did indeed need fluids to combat dehydration and some medication.
I'm very relieved that she is going to be okay.

The Dr. answered all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. Gave me the information I needed to hopefully get my chick back to normal. I was skeptical at first about using these online forms, but I am relieved to know it is affordable and the veterinarian was friendly and quickly helped me with the information I needed to help my chick.

Need a doctors note

The doctor was great, the assistant asked all the right questions. The problem is before I began this. I asked if I could get a doctors note. At the end, I asked for a doctors note and was told I could not get one. So this entire experience was invalid.
