I was concerned this wasn't going to be the best quality care. I was worried it would be a scam. It did cost $40 which is much cheaper than going to the vet so in that regard I guess you should expect to get what you pay for. The vet assistant and the one who connects you to the vet were obviously bots, and it's totally possible the vet himself was AI or a bot also but the information I was given was very helpful. He gave me a ton of information and told me names of products I could look up but also told me those were just examples and that if I just looked on Amazon any products would work as long as they had the same active ingredients. He didn't try to push anything brand specifically, or suggest that any brand was better than any other which I liked. And he answered all of my questions and now I am able to help my boy.

My Dog was sick

The vet was great the only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because I misunderstood I thought they would be able to prescribe medications and all they do is just answer the questions so I didn't realize that other than that that was great the girl in the beginning was great

I was having trouble getting rid of a app that was charging me money that I didn't ask for. I didn't know this existed until the issue came about. They helped me with the application and stayed with me until it was resolved. I'm not a computer savy but this really helped me. I'll give it a 5 star rating.

RV heater question for new owner

Randy was kind, patient and understanding! Exactly the answers I needed trying to understand how my RV heater worked and why it had stopped working.
However I wish Just Answer was a little more forthcoming regarding the costs and monthly membership addition. Still a positive turnout but wish I would've known more beforehand.

I haven't had enough money to be able to continue paying for a lawyer, and the opposing side was dragging their feet out of either malice or complacency (hard to tell sometimes). But JustAnswer has gotten me closer and closer to getting me back to the SPO order with my daughter every time I use it. There's nothing more precious to me than my daughter, it's the little moments, and JustAnswer helped me get those little moments back.

I've been dealing with a family law issue for a while now and it's gotten very expensive. It's also been extremely stressful. I love this service. Period. My only advice is, make sure you get a second opinion on here. Sometimes the first one is good, but the second advice is a homerun.

Hitting up google getting JA

Allowed me to specify what my concerns about my dog were an actually getting a veterinarian to speak with me. Head to head within 20 minutes that's a game changer. This person gave me accurate information and took every bit of information that I gave Into question before giving me an answer. This was almost better than taking my dog to a veterinarian to see.

Dog ate chocolate

Great experience! I was scared to death because our dog ate a small fun size bag of M&M's. The doctor totally explained what to watch for and explained that this wasn't too much to cause serious consequences! Thank goodness!

Great help when I needed it.

Dr. Helen provided all the information I needed when I was concerned about my small dog ingesting my big dog's medication late in the day when the local vet was closed. She was kind and very knowledgeable. I was very glad to talk with her and it gave me peace of mind to know what to watch for and what to do if my dog became symptomatic. It all turned out well, thank heavens!

Leaking water heater

Water leaking out of bottom of water heater around the black plug. After talking to Ron, he said without a doubt we needed a new water heater. And best of all, after looking up our serial number, told me it was still under warranty. Great!

Superb Technical Support

My existing, wireless, all in one HP printer ceased working properly and I decided to go with another device manufacturer, but had trouble setting it up. The User Guide provided inadequate, plain language information and data specs for me to complete the wireless set-up. I was connected to JustAsk via the Chat option through the new machine's website.

The Technician Jin, was assigned to address my problem and called back promptly, was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and simply fabulous in every way. Lt was worth the Service Charge to get up and running promptly while home, although it is critical to remember afterwards to recontact Customer Service to cancel the subcription if you only need to use them one time or occassionally.
I highly recommend this service entity. Thank you
