My microwave stopped heating properly, and I reached out for help. The technician, Terry, clearly explained that because the unit is less than a year old and operates at 1200 volts, I would need to contact the place where I purchased it so they can send someone out to service it under warranty. Printing issue is resolved

I was able to pay for the service via Paypal. The bot contacted me to the tech. I described my issue and it was resolved by reinstall old cartridges and purchasing new HP brand toner cartridges due to my printer is locked and only recognizes HP products.

Dryer Doldrums

My LG dryer was cutting off way before the clothes were dry. There were indications that one or more of the thermostats needed to be replaced. "Adam Electric" helped me determine this resolution and provided me with not only the online site for service and owner's manual but also the LG Warranty phone number in case my dryer was still under warranty. He was very personable and professional. I was very impressed with the level of assistance provided. Thank you for being there for me.

HVAC service code

The code was FP. Rob the HVAC Tech said it meant Freeze protection. Long story short, the AC unit auto turns on Freeze protection when it gets cold to protect the interior coils in my unused 4 season room. I didn't need to do a thing, but the the re-assurance was great.

It was nice to be the new kid on the block not knowing of anything of what I was about to concquere or what I was up against. They immediately jumped on my side made me feel right at home let me know I was in this at no fault of my own and the purchases I was up against, well, what can I say. They weren't my purchases but they were using my money. The first started to roll. And the made me believe in myself not to forget that the Fraud audience is on my side. Mohammed was very thorough and patient. Since the problem was an intermittent one, there is no way to tell, for a while, whether it has been fixed. But we did secure a loose power board which may have been my issue. Very happy with this experience
