Knowledgeable and Personable

I purchased a used Bissell Pet Pro cleaning machine and the suction feature was not working. Mohammed gave several different fix options and was patient as I worked through his suggestions. I was able to get the floor suction working and will check back in on Wednesday to work on the tool suction function. He was very encouraging and gave me great feedback! He certainly knew the machine and was very customer friendly. I would highly recommend him to my friends and plan on consulting with him again.

Removing sink drain from vessel sink
February 11, 2026

Im attempting to remove my existing sink drain from my vessel sink. The original drain was installed on the sink and then set into the countertop. The problem now is that the countertop top hole for the drain is too small to remove the old locknut.
I may have to remove my sink if I can't get the new drain to attach to existing locknut from above the sink.
Joshua was very helpful walking me through possible solutions. I sent him photos and he gave me a couple different options to remedy my situation. He really helped me a lot and was clear and patient.
I really appreciate and recommend JustAnswer!

The woman that helped me was very helpful, and reassured me that my baby bearded dragon is good for now, but told me I should bring him in to see a vet if his symptoms worsened. This is extremely comforting since I lost a bearded dragon to the same situation just 3 days ago. Luckily this situation doesn't seem as dire as the other one.

Concussion

I had some questions concerning some after effects of a closed head injury - concussion.
Dr. Dago answered all the questions I asked and even asked a few questions to get more details of my injury, my age, female or male. All of which is needed to help with understanding my concussion questions. He was not hurried. I felt like I could share details with him.
He gave me his interpretations of my injury. I was very satisfied with the call.

Below Zero temperatures in Wisconsin and the car hesitated when I would come to a stop sign. Twice it even quit but it always started back up. Thinking of gasline freeze I filled the tank and added antifreeze. It still wasn't working right. No dash lights came on. Mr. Hall was very helpful and explained in detail that I could understand. We think it is the battery as it has not been replaced since 2021. Hopefully that will be the problem. If not he gave us information about the torque converter clutch and that getting a code reading would be the next step.
