I would like to put in a customer comment on Jared's what is going on and this is how we are going to get it fixed. I felt like Jared was standing right beside me the whole time. I thought it was time for another dishwasher and incidentally one of our AC units died and waiting them to come this morning. I am part of government shutdown and money is tight. I explained to Jared I am a doctor but have the common sense god gave a stick. He gave me concrete advice to get the parts and if I still feel uncomfortable hire a handyman to complete installation. Jared needs to be contacted every time someone has a problem; the man is brilliant! He calmly explained everything and even put in terms that I could understand. He answered every question and then again ask "any other questions and concluded with we are always here for you". It's almost black Friday and I was already planning a trip to Lowes to buy a new one, but after talking to Jared, he saved us hundreds. I am more than satisfied with your service and Jared needs an incentive bonus. Honestly as soon as I go into Lowes and explain the problem and they find out I am a mechanical idiot but also a doctor, all of a sudden. Sir, due to the age of the unit, we can sell you a replacement bosch dishwasher and it will be 2000. 00 plus delivery and installation fees. Jared honestly has the education, experience and training to help the customer and there are not many folks like him. We will always call and ask only for Jared. Trevor helped us winterize our trailer. We always took it to the dealer before, but wanted to do it ourselves this time.
