Swollen Ankle

I noticed that my left ankle was swollen. The doctor on Just Answer suggested that, given the information thalt I had no other symptoms and am 90 years old he suggested that i keep the foot elevated while sitting for long periods. Seems toe work.

Numb Fingers

My fingers have been getting increasingly more numb with use (e.g., writing, holding a pen, knitting) or practicing sign language (my brother is deaf). Dr. Li asked direct questions and provided answers that gave me different approaches to treatment. I will follow her advice. Also, I have called my neurologist for an appointment to follow through. I am quite satisfied with Dr. Li's help.

I've decided to sell my truck for parts. At 333,000 miles, it's time to retire her or sell her to someone else, preferably an experienced mechanic. Facing facts, I'm aware that more problems will emerge.
I was greatly impressed at his answer, that the problem COULD be dealt with. Money and time have made me choose not to pay to get it fixed. I'll sure miss my truck!

2016 denali had no power. Checked battery changed battery and still no power. Was clueless on what it could be. But after the mechanics help we were able to determine the issue. Highly recommend if having any mechanical issues. Who would of thought this would be so helpful. Thank you

I thought it was going to a scam but was amazed. The guru I believe his name was has over 30 years experience. He answered so fast with such great knowledge, was so willing to help, looked over documents for me took my opinions and thoughts into consideration and gave me great advice. Can't thank him enough!

New unit set-up
May 4, 2025

The initial set-up appointment was well done. After getting the new computer home and hooked up I found that we (-I-) forgot a few items. A call to the Geek Squad online transferred me to Just Answer.
The gentleman who came on to assist in the completion was polite, patient and very we suited to the job.
With half an hour he added the things I missed earlier and made several adjustments to the settings.

Simple Issue. Saved me 100s of dollars

I tried to use my stove top cooker and noticed that a red light was on and it started making this loud buzzing sound. The noise was loud enough to be scary. I got an expert and he asked me if the cooker was cleaned recently. Yes, it was cleaned about an hour earlier. He said it was just moisture and I should unplug it and wait a couple of hours. Also suggested I could use a hair dryer to dry it for faster drying. Anyways, 2 hours later, the cooker was still making the noise but less loudly. So I unplugged it again and lit it manually with a lighter and resolved the problem. If I had called someone out for this, they would have charged 200$. I paid 5 bucks and got an answer. Not bad at all.

Great Service... except...

Found "Just Answer" online... It indicated I could ask a question for $2.00 and asked for my credit card number. Tyler was great help and solved my problem. I didn't understand that I would be charged more than $60.00 for a subscription. I only wanted one question answered. I cancelled but the amount is now on my card. I want it removed. Not Tyler's fault.

Accurate assessment

For the symptoms I described to the doctor turned out to be right along with what the doctor told me at the veterinarian emergency. The recommendation to take my dog into the emergency was an accurate one. By taking our family companion in, saved him a lot of future suffering. Thank for your help.

Worth the wait

I contacted JustAnswer right before midnight, so I'm sure that's why I had to wait to get matched with a veterinarian. VTErin was worth the wait, kindly and patiently answering all my questions. She is a cat expert, which was also reassuring. I got advice from her that didn't immediately necessitate an expensive vet visit. Would use this service again.

Very happy with my Experience! Was contacted to a vet in 3 minutes that answered all my questions and put my mind to easy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you! My 14 year old dog got into her medicine and ate half a bottle. Called my vet they said to call poison control was on hold with them for over an hour (guess they only of one line for the whole country). Meanwhile, I got my dog to throw up a couple of the pills with 3% peroxide. The next 24 hours her heart rate was a little high but she ate and pooped like normal. Next morning was online doing more research and came across Just Answered and the Vet put my mind to easy. Thank you again!

Not what I expected!
May 4, 2025

When I got in contact I had a simple question. I asked how much and she text me $5.00 so I gave you my card you actually charged $51.00 which prompted a call from my card fraud department. I told them we have it in writing that it was suppose to be $5.00 and I cancelled the card…. I better not be charged. I am really upset with the sneaky business practices!

I was very confused to find charges on my Bank card that i was not familiar with. There was one that happened on April 25 and after talking to my bank there was another charge back on Jan 24 from the same company. After talking to my bank i was lucky to talk to Ms. Sarkar from JustAnswer who walked me through step by step what i needed to do to get a refund for these two charges- and to make sure my Bank cancels any subscription so no further charges will be made- Thanks again for being professional, Kind and so very helpful!

My doberman swallowed a winter glove at the park. When my husband came home and told me what had happened I looked on line for a solution. Found " Just answer". They were quick in calling me and advising me how to make him bring up the glove. Had 2 hrs before it would be too late. Saved me a trip to an emergency vet as it was late evening and my vet was closed. So glad I found them, they saved me from spending a whole lot of money on a possible emergency surgery.

This was a great experience, only $5 dollars to instantly get connected with a vet! Obviously sometimes it's hard to describe what's going on so the fact that I could just send a photo and got an immediate response on how to properly care for my pet was amazing. Definitely recommend

Deuyo - very dishonest company. My dress order received- didn't fit. No packing slip or info re: return. I wrote letter to company that shipped it. No reply. On line with Deuyo service. Com. Not much help- I had to pay to get Tech. - agreed pay $5 ( it would be refunded) My credit card was charged $40 FOUR TIMES …
Also, another card because my first card ( was alert and denied charges) $40.
No info -1st Tech Didn't speak English clearly.
Still no info on return - I am turning this over to a LAWYER- Deuyo stated returns / refund. Stated dress made in South Carolina - I found out company in England. Very dishonest company..

Lost climate control on a 2016 Ford flex after jumping out battery. First suggestion was to do a battery reset so computer would recalibrate data. This led to a load test on battery which tested poorly. A new fully charged battery with appropriate volts fixed the problem.
