Having issues with enabling the "Stereo Mix" option for recording internal sounds from my Lenovo ThinkPad. The option was not available in the menu. The tech guided me through updating my sound drivers but it did not solve the issue. He said the Stereo Mix option may not be supported and I may have to reach out Lenovo for further help.
