I have been having symptoms of common cold with congestion, sneezing and coughing for the past week. This morning, I developed symptoms of mild to moderate asthma with restricted breathing, tight chest, and wheezing. Asthma is concerning particularly because I am flying back to the USA tomorrow morning. I searched online and found this helpful site/tool being it's a holiday on top of travel. They advised me and I now have arranged to have a Dr visit me at the hotel for euro 250.

My printer suddenly stopped working and kept alerting me to a paper jam. I followed all the technical steps numerous times, and then numerous times again to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Nothing helped and it kept making a noise that sounded as if it was jammed or giving out... but it's generally been in great condition, so I was worried about whether it was time to invest in a new one. I gave in and took time out of my day to focus on it w/customer support which is not always successful. After walking me through all the things I had tried and a few more (updating to the latest software update waiting to be installed - now done, and going in under the computer settings and checking BOTH of my printing queues, a test page was found in one of them which had clogged everything up), my printer is now running again and updated! The 2026 New Year is starting off on the right page (literally)! So worth the time and effort, and I am extremely relieved and thankful! :)
The first tech I spoke to was an oriental (?) woman. I had a great deal difficulty understanding her. We accomplished nothing. She seemed very anxious to get off the phone and told me she would send some materials to me that I could review to determine my problem and that she would call me back. Shortly thereafter I received a call from George. He obviously knew what he was doing and was a skilled interviewer. During our discussion I recalled having recently changed the password for my router which got us zeroed us in on the problem and he skillfully led me through the complicated process of resetting it.

I was just wanting to change spark plugs & couldn't find them. All I had to do was pull off the top cover(mech. On phone) & he described where the coils are & how to remove them, to uncover the plugs.
