JustAnswer expert knew the way to override the problem and with a little trouble I was able to remedy the difficulty. I have had issues before and there are technical answers to the problems but you need an expert to help you. There are no guides for these problems.

Oven Issues

My Verona Italian electric oven stopped working even though it was purchased in 2022. I'm disappointed that it would malfunction so soon especially since this oven is considered a high end appliance. The technician was able to give me clear instructions to fix the issue but I rather call a professional. The technician referred me to a couple of appliance companies that should help me. Thank you for your help.

Scammer

I was told that it would cost me $5 to speak to a vet. I paid $5 to find out that lysine chews might work.
I opened my bank statement online and found a charge of $70. There is no one I can contact to dispute this! I tried and was told that i needed to fill out a form and send $5 to talk to a technician!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Gooey Stuff Dripping From Awning

Have a gooey substance dripping from my awning onto side of RV. RV tech was aware of the situation, the particular years affected, and the awning manufacturer involved. Unfortunately, there's current no known recall or warranty fix. The RV tech had had good knowledge, and personal experience with the problem. He gave me enough info regarding the manufacture that I have other avenues to pursue.

Puppy eating a snickers bar

I was horrified when I caught my 2-year-old Shih Tzu, Mylie happily munching on a mini Snickers bar—wrapper and all. I was halfway through bundling her up for an emergency trip to the vet when I remembered this site and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Nikko called me right away, asked all the right questions, and reassured me that my pup hadn't eaten enough chocolate to cause serious harm. She had an upset stomach for a day, as Dr. NIKKO predicted but she's back to her mischievous self now. This service saved me half a day off work and probably a couple hundred dollars in vet bills. Thank you!

I was first told that I would get a call from an IT expert in 5 minutes. I paid a $5 feel. I waited an hour and got a technician through Chat instead. Mac Williams gave me a lot of information which was well worth the fee, which turned out to be $45 dollars

Reassuring feedback

I was concerned my dog had eaten a daffodil bulb. I had no idea they were toxic to dogs until I looked it up. I described her symptoms and behavior to the vet assistant and she connected me with Dr. Culpepper. She asked some more questions and educated me a bit more about daffodil toxicity. We agreed that I could afford to wait a bit before taking my dog in to see a vet and she told me what to watch for in terms of a worsening condition which would need immediate care. I'm happy to report my dog is back to her old self today and has resumed acting. Crisis passed. I'm so grateful for the advice I received!
