Supremely frustrating plus worried if a scam being asked for credit card.luckily I cancelled just after call since the $2 refundable charge wasvadded to $66 member fee.while on hold, i found a number to answer my reason for calling just answer. I will not attempt to get an answer from just answer. I 45 minutes I got 2 phones occupied- one on text hold. 1 on phone call FROM THEM.

Genuinely concerned and busy

I believe the doctor was busy because they asked me the same question twice and then made a diagnosis based upon the opposite of what I would have diagnosed as a PCP. That being said, a round of amox would have been prudent with a promise to see the pet's doctor. Otherwise 65 dollars is too much for "education" that I already knew, told them, and they didn't listen well. My guess is they just graduated. Then I would have seen the outcome of a dog when 2 weeks prior was in the vets office for a well child check. The cardiac and lungs were within normal limits for age. Sure, could have done an echocardiogram later, but is it really a good idea to let a 15 year old POSSIBLY/PROBABLY has kennel cough as he was UTD on everything else. So treat Kennel cough. If cough stops, diagnosis made PROBABLY. Then you deside if further exploration is needed as I am on palliative care so my opinion is low intervetion. None of this was communicated because i hung up after they stopped listening (figured that out after 15 seconds). Save the 65 dollars and use it toward seeing someone who will really help us.

The manual for my older Brother sewing machine is missing. I had a short conversation with the Consumer Rep. Who quickly researched the person (Gino). Connected us, and Gino had the digital copy of my sewing machine ready for me to copy in just a few minutes. The whole process was a very efficient experience.

An expert with a heart

I didn't find out the cost of a question to Just Answer until after I'd submitted my question. I thought that it was more than I was prepared to pay. I therefore cancelled the agreement. The expert said that as a gesture of goodwill, he would still help me. He was great and sorted me out after quite a lot of work. I therefore told him that I had changed my mind and wanted to pay for the assistance.

Clothes washer lokc out

Computer electronic control on the washer was on lock. A technician told me how to unlock it. It has a sneaky system to lock and unlock. Now I know for future use. I will put Just Answer in my address book. Also good to know it is good for other things.
