Key from remote did not open door of Prius with flat battery. But the alternate (spare) key did work so can now jump start the car and drive to shop for new battery. Problem nearly solved. Thx.

The platform was very easy to use. I was quickly connected with a veterinarian. My baby was in severe pain with IVDD and I was unable to connect with her regular vet. He addressed my questions and suggested changing the dose and schedule of her medications. He was very personable and continued to stay online with me as I had many questions since this was our first experience with IVDD. My regular vet returned my call following my interaction with JustAnswer and I received the same answers from him which validated the legitimacy of the JustAnswer vet. We had a rough night getting on top of her pain but I am happy to report as of 9am she is finally resting comfortably. I will absolutely use JustAnswer and will consider becoming a member. I highly recommend!

Moving contracts, breach and fraud

2 different movers used for long distance move. First added $******* ransom to deliver 2 of our 4 trucks. I suspect they thought they had legitimate reason but I do not and never agreed to it. Had to pay their ransom to get our possesions.
2nd movers were to move what was left behind after 4 trucks. So first mover estimation was off by a full truck, and thought they deserved an additional 10k! But 2nd movers were off horribly, too. Virtual tour cubic ft went from 600, guy 1, to 900. Guy 2, to 1400 on loading! Did get revised contract with higher volume, cf, and price, but not signed until truck was loaded though time of signature was backtimed to when they movers arrived.(fraud)

What do you have to do with xm radio

I was trying to hook up with XM radio for my truck, I typed my note to your rep and she said i needed to give my credit card for a 5 dollar refundable charge so I did that and was turned over to a mechanic who had no idea about XM RADIO later I found out not only did you hit my credit card for $5.00 but a nonrefundable charge of 45 dollars, please credit my card back with my 50 dollars

Helped fifer out a K-Line issue

Helped me figure out a no com issue across the K-Line of a B7 Audi 2.0T. I have been wrenching for work now for 28years. I am not grateful at electrical and never diagnosed K-Line issues. He walked me through how to diagnose the issue and help explain the diag steps and why they are done. We spent about 5hours text and diagnosing things together, it was like being back in school learning electrical while earning money. Him walking me though the steps helped me resolve the issue from what I can tell as I have communication with the car again. He knows his diagnostics steps vary well and helped me with a 6hour crash corse on my skills to improve.
