Easier than I Could Have Imagined

Too many want to hear "what they want to hear" which is not always congruent with what's best overall.

The answer I got was what is best overall in my current situation. It gave me the perspective I needed. I was able to settle down, remove all unnecessary emotions from the situation, and make a better, more rational decision and response.

My experience has been nothing but positive from the AI portion to talking with a live attorney.

Drove my truck home through snow, rain and dry road for 50+ miles, did not notice I was in 4x4 the whole time even on dry roads.
Next morning noticed a puddle of oil under truck. We determined that driving in 4x4 mode for this amount of time on a dry surface and the oil leak was most likely a coincidence. A deeper inspection of truck proved out that it was just a coincidence.

Future of Wet Floor Overcome.

Drew helped me understand how to fix a problem that I never found discussed online or documented anywhere. He also enlighted me that I could probe into the lower tub port for water level sensing without destroying something inside.
I was going to pull the basket out of the washer to access the other side of the tub to see what I was up against. Fortunately, I decided to call JustAnswer. Very glad I called for help and Drew sure did help. Saved me a whole bunch of unneccesary work. Just one tap from the stem from the center of a swab I had cut in half and inserted into the lowerport where the hose attaches, solved the problem. The port had been blocked by fibers hardened by calcium to seal the outlet of the port. Flushed and rinsed that out. Problem solved. Thank you Drew!

My expert got right down to business & showed me how to find what I was looking for which was how to calculate the damage done by the usual errors in Data Crunching. I think most people would have skipped that part & just reminded a customer that they ought to know enough to catch their own errors. And then, of course, just let them find out on their own that tracking errors is something that a computer can actually do. WHO KNEW!

The expert was very good and curtious. He was able to get me to receive's email, but they all go to junk or trash. He told me how to fix that by moving them to the inbox to train email that they are not junk or trash. So far that has not worked.

Medication mistake
