Helped me figure out a no com issue across the K-Line of a B7 Audi 2.0T. I have been wrenching for work now for 28years. I am not grateful at electrical and never diagnosed K-Line issues. He walked me through how to diagnose the issue and help explain the diag steps and why they are done. We spent about 5hours text and diagnosing things together, it was like being back in school learning electrical while earning money. Him walking me though the steps helped me resolve the issue from what I can tell as I have communication with the car again. He knows his diagnostics steps vary well and helped me with a 6hour crash corse on my skills to improve.
After trying for between 2-3 hours to get phone help from the Whirlpool/Maytag phone numbers, just answer stepped in and gave me hope. I'll contact W/M Monday morning and see what happens. Your techs are terrific.

I was very pleased with JustAnswer. Sally contacted me immediately to hear my situation with my toy poodle and my youngest son. My poodle (Lady) seems to be very afraid of my son and we don't know why. She meet strangers and cozy up with them just fine, however, if she see my son even far off, she goes into a panic mode, barking and urinating.

If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
