When I called ESaver Watt about my warranty their customer service referred be over to Just Answer as a technician was needed to figure out the problem. They told me it was $5 which was totally refundable. Shame on me it cost me $65 to find out the ESaver Watt was a scam!

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
