I bought, from Amazon, a box of Kuusteaz Muffin Mix. I was not aware that the box directions were only for large quantities of muffins 50+ and 30+ muffins. I was surprised that there was no recipe for a basic 6 or 12 muffin batch, Also, there were no instructions for add in items like blueberries, banana nut, apple cinnamon, lemon poppy seed, etc. Just Answer came to my rescue and provided directions for small batches! I wish I had known about Just Answer before today!

Donald was very professional, but helped me in a way where I could completely understand. He was unable to fix the issue or help me fix the issue, but it was not his fault. It was a design flaw of the Hoover company we were working with a Hoover power scrub XL And I had an issue with some pieces coming out of the bottom of the tank that holds the cleaner the pieces ended up inside the tank. There was no way to repair it because there's no way to put your arm inside the tank. It's a design floor by Hoover but I appreciate Donald's time and effort. He was very professional
