Krusteaz Small Batch Directions...

I bought, from Amazon, a box of Kuusteaz Muffin Mix. I was not aware that the box directions were only for large quantities of muffins 50+ and 30+ muffins. I was surprised that there was no recipe for a basic 6 or 12 muffin batch, Also, there were no instructions for add in items like blueberries, banana nut, apple cinnamon, lemon poppy seed, etc. Just Answer came to my rescue and provided directions for small batches! I wish I had known about Just Answer before today!

Help with Electrolux dryer.

My adviser Carl gave me the advice I didn't want to hear, that I needed to disassemble the dryer again and check for a loose connection. I did, it wasn't as bad as I thought, and I found the issue quickly. Back to working again. Thanks Carl!

I was directed to "JustAnswer" due to an inquiry I had regarding a problem with my HP printer display screen. I spent $45.00 just to be told something I already knew. My issue could not be resolved. What a waste! I will never use "JustAnswer" ever again!

Patience of a Saint

Firstly, I felt quite secure on this site.
Contact was immediate, or at the very least the Chat Bot and the Tech Expert kept me informed of what was occurring.
It was satisfying to know that I was dealing with a human, and especially that I was provided with his name.
The experience was one of being helped by a professional.
I would certainly recommend this site, and I have downloaded the App.

Donald was very professional, but helped me in a way where I could completely understand. He was unable to fix the issue or help me fix the issue, but it was not his fault. It was a design flaw of the Hoover company we were working with a Hoover power scrub XL And I had an issue with some pieces coming out of the bottom of the tank that holds the cleaner the pieces ended up inside the tank. There was no way to repair it because there's no way to put your arm inside the tank. It's a design floor by Hoover but I appreciate Donald's time and effort. He was very professional

Kenmore elite fridge not cooling

After replacing the overload protective wiring harness on my fridge the problem did not get fix. I contacted JustAnswer to seek their advice and they gave me the answer to my question. Talked to two expert i got the same answer to replace the compressor.

I have a new rescue cat that showed up at my house 2 months ago. She was skin and bones, as well as, pregnant. The day after she came here she had kittens that survived for a couple of weeks then passed. After taking her to the vet he estimated her age to be around 9 months old. He said it was an optimal time to have her fixed so we had her fixed the next day and she became a house cat. She has always been a little aggressive with the other cats but the aggression has escalated to the point that we have to separate her from them. My husband and I were at the point that we needed to either get her on some type of medication or re-home her. Dr. Adrian took in all of the information that I gave, asked very good questions then gave an opinion. It gives me hope that we can help her to calm down and assimilate into the family which would be the best possible outcome.

Great Help when I Needed It!

My computer had not been used for a year due to hospitalization and rehab. I had issues with passwords and couldn't get into the iMac to work. My expert at Just Answer was wonderful in her explanations, and when one option didn't work, she sent me to another. I would definitely go to JustAnswer again if I have issues.
