Great Help when I Needed It!

My computer had not been used for a year due to hospitalization and rehab. I had issues with passwords and couldn't get into the iMac to work. My expert at Just Answer was wonderful in her explanations, and when one option didn't work, she sent me to another. I would definitely go to JustAnswer again if I have issues.

I spent time talking to on line chat help from Purator. They transferred me to a technician for a refundable fee. All I. Ended was someone to reschedule my delivery date for my shipment.

My dog was bit by a groundhog and I was afraid about rabies, but the vet explained to me that
The chances of getting rabies from a groundhog or slim and my dogs vaccine was most likely still good but if I was concerned, I can get a vaccine within the next few days and that would protect him so I'm taking my dog to the vet today but at least put me at ease for the night He was very helpful and I appreciated it very much especially because it was late at night. It was after midnight. So overall a good experience. Thanks. Just a sidenote they said it cost five dollars to join but then I was charged $29 extra once vet came on which they didn't tell me about but I figured there was gonna be a charge so that's fine but just know, there definitely is a charge obviously, but I think it was fair. Thanks

Poison Emergency Hanlded!

I reached out after my dog a cidentally chomped a brick of rat poison in half. I had already followed instinct and made him vomit, but Dr. Ruth still called me and we discussed everything in detail. She gave me instructions for the use of Toxiban, and information about timing and symptoms to watch for in my dog. She was so kind, quick, and very understanding. I felt supported and well informed for my dog's well-being and prognosis at a time when my vet was closed and I was terrified. Thank you so much Dr. Ruth!

A lot of patience

My nest doorbell has been offline for several months and of course I couldn't get a google customer service telephone number. I finally decide to give google nest chat a try. After a short chat he transferred me to JustAnswer. After describing the problem with Chris in a very short time he had the doorbell video back online,$45 dollars well spent. Marine Electric Loom
October 3, 2025

I have been working on a friends boat a Larson Bowrider that is about 30 years old and have no wiring diagrams of the looms. It has had a replacement engine the original V8 was blown up and a 4.5l diesel fitted. I can understand that the harness to the engine would now be incorrect but they just butchered it and left me perplex. I had cables that I had no idea what they were as the original colour coding had gone. Even red positive supplies were wired up with Black earth cable that was the amount of trouble I was in. With the assistance here I have slowly been able to correct a lot of problems but still going and we now have an engine that atleast turns over now. Thank you for your help.
