I described my issue, was connected to another company JustAnswer, paid for the consultation before I was given the opportunity to state the issue on my device. The connection was fast; answer to my problem led me to another Tech Agent. By then I myself had resolved the issue. I do not know what the agent's solution is. Cancel my sign-up with JustAnswer.

I had the nicest guy helping me out, and was patient and sent me a link to what he thought I was wanting to do. This was a youtube link, and it didn't address my issue, but I was able to find my own youtube video that did. That chatbot couldn't answer some of my questions, too, so that may have affected what the tech could do. I don't think this service is for me. To expensive and not accurate on my first try. That reads "handwriting on the wall" to me.

Daisy snagged a tamsolusin pill and panic mode brought me to this website. A quick online chat turned into a phone call from a vet and Daisy was assessed…no big danger but at 9 pm on a Friday night, where do you turn to? Wonderful, thoughtful and caring response calmed us all down, we gave her crackers and chicken broth…Daisy is all good! Lesson learned
