My Phonak hearing aids kept switching to "Bluetooth & Streaming mode, automatically and by themselves. No matter what I tried, it kept switching, resulting in a distorted sound coming through my hearing aids.

First of all, Laura Geller has a great product. However, they do not have a phone number where they can be reached if you have an issue with your order. Second of all, whenever I did find a number, they had outsourced it to a company that was independent from them, who could not help me and charged me $5 for customer service. He just kept giving me a run around saying he could not help me get a refund. The order was about $154. He did tell me that the order number I received was not from Laura G. So I had been scammed all along. I gave up and just lost the money. I will never order from Laura g again. I had better luck with Ultra beauty which sells LG. I posted a complaint on Facebook which I rarely do so that other can not become a scammed as I was. Shame on you.

I got help via telephone eventually, but by then I was so fed up with waiting that I went back on line and solved the problem for myself.
However, I was astonished and disgusted to find out that JustAnswer had set up a payment of $45 dollars to be paid automatically every month from my PayPal account. I had never knowingly agreed to such a continuing payment. This is essentially a scam, so be warned.

I was having some issues with an error code on my LG dishwasher. I received a phone call from a contractor named Scott. He walked me through the issue and I was able to fix it.

I was given a completely wrong answer. I asked the question to only confirm what I thought was to be true. The answer provided was not what I believed to be correct. I did a little more reseaech and found that indeed the answer provided by JustAnswer was incorrect.

Very difficult to get a reversal of the charges. The attorney I spoke to said there would be no additional charges to me. Attorney Flora. So happy with the service, the vet was great! He was friendly, helpful very informative and gave advice on what to do next if my dog became poorly after eating too many probiotics.

I described my issue, was connected to another company JustAnswer, paid for the consultation before I was given the opportunity to state the issue on my device. The connection was fast; answer to my problem led me to another Tech Agent. By then I myself had resolved the issue. I do not know what the agent's solution is. Cancel my sign-up with JustAnswer.

I specifically asked the vet tech how much it would cost to communicate with the vet. She said 05 dollars and it might be refundable. I explained the situation to him and all he told me was well you know he's already thrown up and just yes, I told him he was drinking water. Well, that was good so he never gave me any information about what to give the dog to settle his stomach, which was my question When I hung up and checked capital one they had charged me $65.

I worked with expert Jaybee and really appreciated how pleasant, efficient, and patient he was. He spoke softly and explained things clearly. I would definitely call again with another question and would prefer to work with Jaybee

I had the nicest guy helping me out, and was patient and sent me a link to what he thought I was wanting to do. This was a youtube link, and it didn't address my issue, but I was able to find my own youtube video that did. That chatbot couldn't answer some of my questions, too, so that may have affected what the tech could do. I don't think this service is for me. To expensive and not accurate on my first try. That reads "handwriting on the wall" to me.

Daisy snagged a tamsolusin pill and panic mode brought me to this website. A quick online chat turned into a phone call from a vet and Daisy was assessed…no big danger but at 9 pm on a Friday night, where do you turn to? Wonderful, thoughtful and caring response calmed us all down, we gave her crackers and chicken broth…Daisy is all good! Lesson learned
