First of all, Laura Geller has a great product. However, they do not have a phone number where they can be reached if you have an issue with your order. Second of all, whenever I did find a number, they had outsourced it to a company that was independent from them, who could not help me and charged me $5 for customer service. He just kept giving me a run around saying he could not help me get a refund. The order was about $154. He did tell me that the order number I received was not from Laura G. So I had been scammed all along. I gave up and just lost the money. I will never order from Laura g again. I had better luck with Ultra beauty which sells LG. I posted a complaint on Facebook which I rarely do so that other can not become a scammed as I was. Shame on you.

I got help via telephone eventually, but by then I was so fed up with waiting that I went back on line and solved the problem for myself.
However, I was astonished and disgusted to find out that JustAnswer had set up a payment of $45 dollars to be paid automatically every month from my PayPal account. I had never knowingly agreed to such a continuing payment. This is essentially a scam, so be warned.

I was having some issues with an error code on my LG dishwasher. I received a phone call from a contractor named Scott. He walked me through the issue and I was able to fix it.
We were away on vacation and it was after hours when our potential emergency happened. There were no emergency vets nearby. We were so thankful to find this service to use.
I was given a completely wrong answer. I asked the question to only confirm what I thought was to be true. The answer provided was not what I believed to be correct. I did a little more reseaech and found that indeed the answer provided by JustAnswer was incorrect.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
