For 6 weeks I got a terrible runaround from Husqvarna chat personal. I find it vary unprofessional Husqvarna is. I proved pictures and copies of all my chats to customer service which proved my case. Nothing no response not even a go jump in the lake. I now have to state my case as directed by Matt. I have less than zero confidence that I'll talk to a real person. Yes I'm mad as hell about the treatment. Maybe you could somehow send something to them confirming my case
I couldn't be happier with Matt's attention and response. It just amazes me he came up with answers and a very clear direction on how to do battle with Husqvarna. Something Husqvarna should of had at their fingertips

The website does not make clear that you are signing up for an $86/month subscription fee to use the service. The expert failed to reach me by phone even after I disabled spam filters, added them to phone contacts, and installed the just answers app to my phone as instructed. The expert failed to answer my questions via text chat and instead spoke in language not specific to my situation. They did offer an absolutely friction-less request for a full refund, so they have that going for them.

My elder dog had a gran mal seizure which scared the life out a me, and almost determined the end of hers. I was out of town and took her to a nearby ER. After leaving, I still had questions and Dr. Emshoff was quite helpful and caring. I could tell she knew her stuff. We are still in contact via the site which is a tremendous comfort since we are traveling home with our dog.
The questions were answered regarding a scam call, and that these resources and responding personell were available to help out in legal, good ways!

They charge you $5 up front to get your charge card. I got an "expert" who is just another member that happens to be an expert. The only answer I got was a repeat of what I read 4 times on the website I was trying to cancel. I stopped the chat and tried to get my money back $5. But was told I had been signed up as a member for $65! Without my consent! And knew nothing about it! And that it would be charged again next month. I had to go thru a bunch to demand my money back and never got a clear answer until minutes later - I got an email stating my charge was cancelled. So be prepared to be charged a $65 fee as a member if you get a first answer.

Still working through troubleshooting a clunking noise in my outboard engine's lower unit. The marine mechanic from Yachtwork has been great, providing advice and responding promptly.
It took a few tries to get hooked up with a tech, but when I started working with SAMIT we wear able to get through. His patience was great. He took the time to listen to my questions and give clear. Answers. He kept coming back to check on me to make sure that I hadn't fallen off of the assisttance wagon. I had to take. A break to get something to eat, butwhen I came back he picked up right where we. Had left off. Give him. A 10 all around.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
