HP Printer problem
April 4, 2024

I have 3 separate emails from Just Answer, so I am sending this response to all 3.
First of all, I want to thank you for trying to solve the problem of my HP printer "losing" the network. Your suggestions to reboot the router, computer and printer were good, as was downloading HP's Print and Scan Doctor, however nothing worked. I even tried to delete and then re-install the printer, and that didn't work. I am not faulting Just Answer because I know you did your best and even followed up, which I appreciate.
I wound up hiring a local technician from Hello Tech, who was able to restore the network connection. He left instructions should the problem recur, and said I should consider directly cabling the printer to the router with a switch.
I am 79 years old and retired and I cannot afford a $55.00 monthly fee for possible future problems. Please unsubscribe me from the monthly service, or respond to indicate how I would need to unsubscribe if you cannot do it for me.
I will keep your information on file, because I believe Just Answer is a company that genuinely wants to help people.

Big surprise

Curiously, my problem got solved by outside help arriving unexpectedly. I was just at the stage where the JustAnswer expert tries to understand more about the problem. The questions were thoughtful, and I believe the experts would have, quickly, solved the problem.

Hard to rate this. I know i needed a scan tool to pull code, but i also needed info to replace the part, which he did not have access to. So yes he answered a question, but was not helpful.

Very Pleased

Dr. Jill is incredibly informative and objective. She encouraged me to make a veterinary appointment and take my dog into the actual clinic for his issues, which I appreciate. She is honest, and gave me advice on how to minimize his problems until we could get him into the doctor.

Perfect answers to all me questions--could be improved by having a phone number to call for old people like me who a very difficult time finally getting to talk instead of trying to type--change the set up where a person can call instead of going through all the B.S before reaching a good man who helped me--Mechanic was great but the B.S is horrible getting through to one

Our axolotl tried to eat a tank decoration over the weekend, so few local vets were open. The couple that were did not provide service for aquatics, so I thought we had no options except to watch our pet die. Dr. Christa helped our family with excellent advice.
