Fast response help me get my job done very good technician
I have taken the dryer apart and checked the heating element and other items. There's several sensors but I wasn't sure which was the issue. Matthew called me within minutes of the request, I explained what I've done so far and he told me there was a thermal sensor at the front bottom left of our dryer and how to take the top and front off to access it. I checked continuity and he said it was faulty and needing replaced. Even texted me the part numbers to order. Ordered from Amazon, came the next day and the dryer is back up and running.
The vets asked me alot of questions to properly diagnose my cat. They were very kind and made me less stressed.

When I first went on your site, I had to pay $5.00 with no explanation why. I was chatting with Antoni and it did not sound as if he could help me, I think he was reading from the manual. Not that it matters because we got cut off after 30 minutes. This is a terrible site and I will let everyone know.
