Dr. Ivana, was very thorough with her answers. I went on line to see, what causes a dog to keep throwing up stomach bile. My 4 year old dog was throwing up in the early morning hours, for the last couple of days. So, I ran into JustAnswer on the web site. The person on the website took all my information. She said a Veterinarian would call me back. Within minutes the.Vet called me back. She introduced herself as Dr Ivana. She went over my concerns and asked me more questions, about my dog Sky. She was very patient. She told me that my dog could be throwing up bile, because of changing her food recently, which my son did, two days ago. Dr. Ivana, told me exactly what to do. She was very kind and listened and answered all my questions. I did exactly what she told me to do. So far everything is fine. It is the long weekend, I leave to go to work for a week tomorrow and one of my barn cats appears with a very swollen lower lip. I live in a very rural area, my vet is over an hour away, and closed for the holiday. For one message I was charges 66 plus 2 dollars. It was never agreed upon and I never received a receipt. A receipt is required to make dispute so I guess I'll never see one. WARNING!
It appears the SSA has an automatic shift to Just Answer for people who are exhausted due to the 2 hour plus wait to talk to a Social Security Agent. My call to SS was to change a monthly deposit account. I do not require legal assistance. I was burnt before by Just Answer with monthly charges that were not indicated during the discussion. My dog has been having issues with her hind legs and a strange lump on her abdomen, the Vet had addressed my concerns and informed me of possible issues that may have caused this and informed turn has convinced me that bringing my dog in was in my dogs best interest.
Dan was great and found the two parts numbers I needed. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the cable anywhere and Dan did not know where to find one or who might be able to custom make one. But, he was great and friendly and it was no fault of his that the cable is difficult or perhaps impossible to locate.
Marcus answered questions for me regularly, as I love to collect antiques of all sorts. He is so thorough in his responses, and it is obvious that he is well researched, and spends time finding accurate information. He is truly a professional, and I am so happy that he is always ready to help me!

The vet gave me good advice. He stayed online with me until rather late. I have two cats who are sisters. They got into a brawl the other night. The more quiet submissive sister wasn't interested in food & hid, acting frightened. By the third day of this behavior, we got really concerned. It was after hours so it costs a lot to go to an Emergency Clinic. I went online & discovered JustAnswer. The vet corresponded with me until late last night with suggestions to get her to eat & drink. He asked quite a few questions & was truly concerned. My kitty finally ate & drank water. They have been very close and loving toward each other until this occurrence. Now they keep their distance & act like strangers. It's so sad. The kitty that I believe to be t h e victim is still not herself. I hope & pray to God they get over this & become loving & playing together again.
