Excellent individual who walks me through the very tedious process with extreme patients, understanding, and knowledge of the system. If I were hiring, he would be one of the first I would hire and I would definitely keep him.

The technician, Dino, called right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how to stop the constant sparking, which worked immediately and then explained next steps. He was very professional and made me feel at ease during the event. The next morning, I completed his instructions, which involved letting the range dry out over night and it was fixed. He also explained how to proceed/next steps if the problem was still there. I was very satisfied with the help and will likely call just ask again if I need help again.
My dog Katie ate my Tylenol which I was always told it would kill a dog. Dr Hains was wonderful told me she would not die I gave her hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up. He calculated everything out her weight and how much the time how many milligrams of Tylenol was he did a lot of figuring and he said she did not have a lethal dose. Very satisfied thank you so much. Have a happy holiday I will now let the Pittman.

My Lab ate a wash cloth that I just removed from the dryer. He kept right on playing as if nothing had happened. About 4 hours later he tried to throw it but it didn't come up. Your AI at the beginning was frustrating. It told me all of the very detailed info I gave would be forwarded to Chester. It obviously wasn't. He may have been verifying, but from my side it appeared that I was staring completely over. I REALLY hope Chester was not also AI.
My bird flew into a boiling Pot of soup on the stove and had swelling in her legs. She was acting fine and doing fine so talking to the online vet gave me a sense of relief that she was going to be okay and she just needed time to heal.

My doc didnt respond about needing to wean off meds for a tremor and just wants to give me more meds and tests. Dr Li listened and was very helpful professional and sent me a print out for weaning off the meds that were making me weak and no energy. I really appreciate har help. I give her an 11 out of 10.
