Capri health has improved!

Overall,the experience was a learning lesson. Simply because it was our first time using it. However my nieces health has improved because of the advice I was given by the doctor. I would likely recommend this service to my friends and family.

Gas range won't stop sparking.

The technician, Dino, called right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how to stop the constant sparking, which worked immediately and then explained next steps. He was very professional and made me feel at ease during the event. The next morning, I completed his instructions, which involved letting the range dry out over night and it was fixed. He also explained how to proceed/next steps if the problem was still there. I was very satisfied with the help and will likely call just ask again if I need help again.

Dr Hains was wonderful
January 1, 2025

My dog Katie ate my Tylenol which I was always told it would kill a dog. Dr Hains was wonderful told me she would not die I gave her hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up. He calculated everything out her weight and how much the time how many milligrams of Tylenol was he did a lot of figuring and he said she did not have a lethal dose. Very satisfied thank you so much. Have a happy holiday I will now let the Pittman.

Shop vac

My shop vac was blowing out dirt throughthe exhaust hole. I had checked the filter and noticed it had a small hole so after talking with Cole I learned that even a small tear would cause the problem so, tomorrow I will get a new filter.

The social security maze.

The attorney was very responsive and helpful. The only issue he couldn't resolve was assistance in obtaining a copy of my deceased husband's 1099 for 2024. I had called the Social Security Administration to get an appointment. Was on hold for an hour and a half.

Technician's help

Technician patiently helped me get to the right section of Uber's website to cancel my membership. The website was confusing-deliberately confusing?-and together we found the right part of the account section to accomplish that. Technician was knowledgeable and patient.

Viking Refrigerator Issues

The Wash Cloth
March 3, 2025

My Lab ate a wash cloth that I just removed from the dryer. He kept right on playing as if nothing had happened. About 4 hours later he tried to throw it but it didn't come up. I call Just Answer and they promptly connected me to a Vet who told me what to do. Thankfully he vomitted 🤮. The Vet was Great!

Chester gets 5 stars. Lots of very helpful info, part numbers, and resources. We had several missed texts, but he was persistent and we connected. His info save me hundreds of dollars if not more! Thank you!

Your AI at the beginning was frustrating. It told me all of the very detailed info I gave would be forwarded to Chester. It obviously wasn't. He may have been verifying, but from my side it appeared that I was staring completely over. I REALLY hope Chester was not also AI.

A great relief
March 5, 2025

My bird flew into a boiling Pot of soup on the stove and had swelling in her legs. She was acting fine and doing fine so talking to the online vet gave me a sense of relief that she was going to be okay and she just needed time to heal.

Help with weaning off meds
March 7, 2025

My doc didnt respond about needing to wean off meds for a tremor and just wants to give me more meds and tests. Dr Li listened and was very helpful professional and sent me a print out for weaning off the meds that were making me weak and no energy. I really appreciate har help. I give her an 11 out of 10.
