Horrible experience. I feel ripped off for my $5.00 fee.
Had a problem with a range finder from Swammi.
Instead of getting a simple answer from the company, I was routed to a service in the Philippines with a person who was difficult to understand and could not answer my questions.
Totally feel ripped off for my $5.00
The answering service told me to go to Google?!?!

The Help I needed

I originally rated this as a four-star experience. This was because I did the rating during the conversation, and the outcome was uncertain. The technician not only gave me good advice, he had a good explanation of what the main problem was and he gave a step-by-step procedure on how to fix it. The problem was resoled; the printer works. I changed my rating to a five-star one.

HP printer refusal to print

Mat, the technician who helped me over the phone, was extremely patient in trying various avenues to solve the problem. It was not a lack of knowledge, but definitely something was happening with the printer heads that could not be resolved, even though he guided me through several alternatives. I must ask HP for more assistance, for which Mat gave a couple of phone numbers to pursue.

I was charged $55.00 in hope to receive a call from a technician to help troubleshoot an issue with our water heater. After paying for the service, they sent me an email stating they cannot get a technician to help me but someone online to offer suggestions. This does not seem like good value or service.

I clicked on the site and it said I would be charged $1. I did not agree to any other charge or membership. A few minutes later there was an unauthorized charge of $47 from my bank account. The site says it has live agents available 24/7 but when you log on the chat you get a bot. I typed in "cancellation" and it blocks me and says I have to create a username and password and log in. I had to contact my bank and dispute the transaction and put a stop order for any further transactions they may attempt. I'm not creating a username and password and not logging in to a site I did not sign up for or authorize any payment to. The email i just received says "You were charged the one-time $1 join fee and the $46 membership fee (Order ID xxxxxx). Your membership will renew automatically and the membership fee will be charged each month until you cancel. " I looked online and see they are facing a class action law suit for deceptive subscription practices.

My dog's vet was unresponsive to her emergency. Even though it was early afternoon, they wouldn't see her; not even the emergency center. Dr Haines addressed all my concerns, assured me I could help my dog, gave me advice, and what order to treat her injuries.
