I vacuumed a sock and my Dyson wouldn't restart after the sock was removed. I loaded it up to take it to the repair shop, but decided to do a little homework ahead of time. I looked online for the Dyson owner's manual, but found JustAnswer instead. Within minutes the ChatBot connected me to a repair person who said the vacuum cleaner won't restart until it cools down, as a protection for the motor. Sure enough, I plugged it in and it works. This saved me from finding a repair shop and from the expense of having a repairman plug it in, find that it works, then charging me for "fixing" it. So, JustAnswer was worth the money - all five dollars of it - and now I feel confident in my ability as a vacuum repair person. HAHA!
